1.3.7.0: Number of products in the shopping card summary always displayed as 0: "Your shopping cart contains 0 products"

Hello,
I use the 1.3.7.0 release.
In the shopping card summary, the number of products displayed in the sentence: "Your shopping cart contains 0 products", is always 0, even there is at least one product in the shopping card.
I join a file of a screen shot for this issue.
I'm on OVH Pro.
