ballashop Posted October 30, 2019 Share Posted October 30, 2019 Hi, as per the object, a customer bought 2 products, 1 was not available. The customer wants a refund of the finished product, I made a partial refund with prestashop procedure. The customer paid with paypal but prestashop has not sent the partial refund, should I do with Paypal account? Or there is a procedure directly inside Prestashop? Thanks a lot.
