Hello

I am new in this forum, and we are having this problem for few month now.

95% of customers do not have any problem but few random get error 500 as soon as the log in and they can't get back to the site, only if they clean cookies or go incognito mode.. If we activate debug mode we see that the problem is in ps-category tree module. And if we reset it this customer again can see our home page, but as soon as want to go to any of the category, the said say "you do not have clearance for this category"..

Today also happen, that one customer finish the order without any problem, but as soon as he finish he can't go back to the site.

Can you please help..

thank you

The problem you describe could be related with an extra module, you could try disabling them to test, the problem is, you can´t reproduce the problem as it happens randomly. Extra modules or themes can some times be conflicting with default code. Have you checked the ps-category tree module´s settings? how many nested categories do you have?

By the way, what is the versions of your shop? PHP version? SQL/MariaDB version? Site URL? try to be as specific as you can when asking questions...

Best Regards
