Bijan Posted March 31, 2011 Share Posted March 31, 2011 I bought "Product Filter" from:http://addons.prestashop.com/en/search-filter/1961-product-filter.htmland I can't install it.As instruction say, I did:1- extracted the zip file. 2- Uploaded the folder to module folder.3- Refreshed admin panel to see the module and clicked on install and nothing happens.When I go to the module again it still shows the "install" button. Meaning it's not installed.I am using latest prestashop 1.4017 final version.I tried using both firefox and IE but non can install it.It says the module is compatible with 1.4.I sent 2 emails to them but I didn't get any responds.Anyone has a solution??? please.Thank youBijan Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I will never buy another module from your store again.
