Rainbow Trade Posted October 8, 2019 Share Posted October 8, 2019 I've created a test order and was just familiarising myself with the partial refund option on Prestashop 1.7.6.1. I did the partial refund with no problems and I received an email to say about the credit slip been created. However, I just wanted to know, when the customer places a new order on the website would they be able to use this credit slip to have money taken off the order or how does this feature work?
