Upgrade - database import

I upgraded to version 1.4 from 1.3.2

In my previous version I added in the database also two more extradescriptions like is described in the following post.
In one I had the size chart in the second I had videos (different for each products.)

The problem is that when I upgraded I lost the two extratab. Now I should do all again for each products. (500 products).

My question is I will lost those two columns everytime I update the prestashop version?

Is there a way to restore those two column in mine database without drop the rest of 1.4 version. (database single column restore or something like that)?
