SmartyException 0():Missing '$template' parameter

Buenos días, ayer instale en mi página un modulo y la página quedó en error 500, es solo el index ya que si ingreso al sitio por otra URL puedo acceder normalmente. Estos son los errores que me está generando... no sé que hacer, agradezco a quién me pueda ayudar.
