Partage clients entre boutiques, L'option en gris

Bonjour,

je suis sur prestashop 1.7.5.0


j'ai trois boutiques dans le même groupe:
-Principal
-Caisse
-Pro

J'ai déjà trois ou quatre clients sur "Pro" et un client sur "Caisse", tous les autres sont sur le principal.
J'ai déjà partagé les stocks entre tous les groupes, maintenant je voudrais partager les clients, mais l'option est en gris. 

Quelqu’un à une idée de pourquoi?
