JonLH Posted September 20, 2019 Share Posted September 20, 2019 Hello, I am unable to get a virtual product to save to my shop. When pressing the save button, it appears to work, though no green message appears indicating settings updated. After leaving the product entry page, upon return, it is not there. I also noted the digital files link on the left returns a internal server error 500. Are these two issues related? Has anyone else seen this issue? Thomahawk Posted November 21, 2021 Share Posted November 21, 2021 Hi, I just installed version 1.7.8.1 and when I save a link for a virtual product (thus, upload a virtual product), I get no confirmation for any upload process.
