(SOLVED) How to do FULL refund of order in PS 1.7.5.1

Hi There,

I am testing migration of PS 1.6 to 1.7.5.1

When testing on creating order with payment thru paypal, order created successfully, Paypal amount collected in paypal account and also marked succeed in order details.

In PS 1.6, I can do FULL refund as long as the order is NOT delivered. But, in PS 1.7.5.1, there is NO FULL refund button. I can perform partial refund on the amount of product only.

I can do FULL refund directly in paypal but I cannot mark the order has "REFUNDED".

 

Any hint or tip on why WOULD BE greatly appreciated !

With Assistance from Github, I have to enable "merchandise return" in order to have full refund function.
