It can be some module you have installed, try to deactivate all extra modules and see if it happens again! then disable one by one till you find the faulty module... When asking for help, you should be more specific, you should supply your PS, php, sql versions and the actions you made to try to fix the problem, it´s very difficult to try to help you, if you don´t supply that information nor the steps to reproduce the problem.
