Payment is multiplied by 100x

Hello guys, 

I have a big problem when clients try to make payments.

The products come up with the right price:

 

 

But when the client is going to make the payment is multiplied by 100x its value:

The payment module is correctly configured and the exchange rate is correctly.

 

I need help knowing what the problem is and how to fix it.
