ho provato a cambiare browser, cambiare dispositivo, ho provato a cancellare la cache manualmente ( menomale che avevo fatto un backup perchè poi mi dava un mega errore ) ma nulla. Il tecnico del server mi ha scritto questo " Dopo aver esaminato i log del server, ho trovato log di errori che indicavano un problema con la regola di riscrittura per il sito web. Sembra che il problema risieda nella regola di riscrittura del sito web." ma sinceramente non so cosa stia ad intendere. La cosa assurda è che il sito va benissimo in front office e in back office non ho accesso per nulla

Hai controllato il browser sicuro/privato? Forse è solo un problema relativo alla cache del browser.

Ciao Ragazzi, non so perchè, non ho fatto aggiornamenti di nessun genere, ma oggi ho creato uno staging con softaculous e il mio sito live che non ho toccato, ora, non mi da più la possibilità di entrare. Ho attivato il debug ma non mi dice nulla. metto user e password e non fa il reindirizzamento al BO ma mi ricarica la pagina della log in. Cosa potrebbe essere? Grazie

Ahh vale, ahora entiendo lo que comentas. La cuestión es que cuando el formulario se carga para crear una nueva dirección el selector de países tiene seleccionado por defecto la opción "por favor, seleccione" y esa opción no oculta la ciudad. Hay varias formas de enfocar esto. Primeramente tienes que jugar con esta opción de configuración (estoy usando la ultima versión disponible de PS para mandarte las capturas de pantalla, pero seria similar en otras versiones): Si esto no te funciona, hay una método FrontController::makeAddressForm donde si el país es nulo, podrías pasarle un valor fijo por defecto para que cargue siempre seleccionado ese país: O sino, en el archivo \themes\tu-tema\templates\_partials\form-fields.tpl quitar esta linea para que siempre aparezca seleccionado un país por defecto. Buenos días , queria saber que opciones tengo para facturacion electronica en prestashop y estar en normativa para cuando el estado nos obligue a tenerlo. Actualmente tengo un ERP simplemente para poder hacer tickets y sacar las facturas asociado con mi tienda, lo cual es simple es decir lo que necesito , no necesito mas. Estoy buscando algo igual de simple pero por mi volumen de facturas ( unas 10k al año) veo que algunos como Holded cobran como unos 200 euros al mes ( que es casi lo que pago al año por mi ERP simple, el cual me encanta pero el estado me obligara a no usarlo ) ¿qué alternativas tengo? ¿ no hay un modulo que haga directamente las facturas electronicas en el prestashop? muchas gracias de antemano.

Bonjour à tou.te.s J'utilise les groupes pour proposer des remises d'office à certains bons clients, et je souhaite leur proposer également des remises sur les volumes de commande. Mais visiblement, les 2 types de remise ne sont pas cumulables, et les remises sur volume, paramétrées au niveau des produits, semblent prendre le pas sur les remises par groupe de clients. Pouvez-vous confirmer ça ? J'ai essayé de passer par des règles de prix catalogue, mais là non plus les remises ne se cumulent pas. Si vous avez le même besoin d'appliquer plusieurs remises, comment gérez-vous cette problématique ? Merci d'avance

Habe gelesen dass ein Update auf 1.7.8.9 und höher Abhilfe schafft. Gesagt getan: habe Heute auf 1.7.8.11 erhöht und siehe da: es geht weiter mit dem Müll. Alle paar Minuten kommt ein Schwung. Geht wohl um sog. Skimmer die nach Kreditkarteinfos usw. suchen. Wer weiss Rat nachdem das Update fürn A... war ??? Bin äusserst dankbar für Lösungen. Hello. I've been searching for a couple of hours, even tried asking ChatGPT but no help. When user buys something from the store all contact fields are showing but every time Notes field is empty it's showing a word "NO" Only on the admin panel, when you press: Edit current adress of the user that recently bought something and don't write anything in the Notes field and press Save, the word "NO" dissapears. Does anyone know how to get rid of it and no it's not showing in the database.
