  1. Thanks, El Patron I don't know how I haven't seen this earlier before. I will post the module that I found here in case that someone else needs it. Affilate Module - PrestaShop Addons http://addons.prestashop.com/en/advertising-marketing-newsletter-modules/5326-affiliate.html
  2. Hi all Let's say that I have a few offline stores that have been referred to me by my distributors. These stores order products from my online store and they sell them. How can I track the orders of these offline stores so that I know what commission to pay to my distributors? Just for example: Distributor1 has brought to me the offline stores Store1 and Store2. They have ordered some products from me in the amount of $1000. Distributor1 gets $10 (for example) Distributor2 has brought Store3 and Store4. Their orders are $2500. Distributor2 gets $25. How do I know that these offline stores have been referred by these distributors? Thanks in advance
  3. Thanks for your suggestion, Whispar1! I found the solution - I just removed the {if $display_poweredby} clause so that the text is always shown. Now all I have to do is to position it from the CSS file. Thanks to all!
  4. Thank you again, Paulito! Unfortunately this doesn't help in my case I mean there are only the default links (like 'Categories', 'Information', 'My account'), and I need the "Powered by ......" text below them. Just like in the second picture that I have attached in the first post. Do you have any ideas how can I add the text? This is what I have now in the blockcms.tpl: {if $display_poweredby} <section class="bottom-footer col-xs-12"> <div> © 2014 {l s='[1]Powered by %s[/1]' mod='blockcms' sprintf=['mystore.com'] tags=['<a class="_blank" href="http://www.mystore.com">']} </div> </section> {/if} Maybe the $display_poweredby has been set to false somewhere? Could that be the reason?
  5. Thank you, indobusana, I already checked this - it is hooked.. I am using the Default bootstrap theme. Do you mean that I should edit the footer.tpl that is in the /themes/default-bootstrap folder? What should I edit in it?
  6. Hello! I can't find the "Powered by PrestaShop" text under the footer links in the footer. It is checked in the CMS Block module but it doesn't appear in the site. I want to edit it to show another text (like copyright info of my store) - but it is impossible if there is no text at all Where do I go to enable it?
  7. Hello guys and girls :-) I've been looking for a module that can provide the following functionality: I have an online store with products and a few sales representatives. My reps are supposed to go around the country and seek live stores that want to resell our products. When a rep finds a live store that wants to participate, the representative comes back to the web store and registers the live store. The live store and my rep have to be connected in some way so that later I know what commission to pay to the rep. Therefore I've reached to the conclusion that in my web store there has to be a separate registration form for the live stores - including fields like VAT, phone, email, etc. I found a module that seems to be helpful but I am not sure if I will be able to adapt it for the above needs. What I'm talking about is the Agile PrestaShop Affiliate/Referral Module. Has anyone used it before? Can you suggest me another way? Is there a ready-to-use module that is suitable for this? Thanks in advance!
  8. Thanks @phantom13 I did a research on this feature and I didn't find anything that can help me. What I found thanks to your suggestion are a few modules which can be pretty neat after modifying them a little bit. Is it ok to post them here as they are not free?
  9. Hello guys and girls, My issue looks simple but I still haven't found a solution for it. The problem is that my website is intended for regular customers AND for their sales representatives. Now imagine the following situation: The sales representative (we shall call him Rep) finds two customers called Cust1 and Cust2. So Cust1 and Cust2 come to my website and they create their accounts there. I need to find a way to associate the orders of Cust1 and Cust2 to their representative - Rep. By doing this I will know that these two customers are Rep's customers and I will be able to calculate Rep's commission and pay him later. I looked for a module all over and found nothing. How do I go about this? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
  10. Hello there, I'm looking for a compatible with v. 1.6.0.9 module that is about managing sales representatives (resellers). The module has to provide: - a registration form for resellers (different than the one for regular customers) coming after a "terms and conditions" agreement page - page with official registered resellers (online and physical) - show specific prices to the registered resellers All that has to come together with some kind of admin page (maybe from the back office) for managing the resellers (accepting the valid ones, declining the fakes, etc...) I found a few such modules (not exactly the way I want them but it's a start) and they are only compatible with 1.4.x - 1.5.x versions. I also thought that I can do this through the back office with the help of CMS pages, but I don't think I'll manage to connect everything with the database. Can somebody help me with this? I really need it... Have you encountered with or used such a module?
  11. Oops, sorry. My bad. Here is the link for the issue with the correct version of Presta: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCSX-3320
  12. Thanks for the answer, El Patron, I don't know if I did this right, but here is the link... Hope the problem is resolved soon. http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-12526
  13. Hello, I am kind of new to Prestashop but lately I've been working hard to get the basics of it. So I've been adding new products in my store for the last few days without any difficulty, but today I keep getting this error whenever I click on any link or button in the Quantities section. I am able to add a name, a friendly URL, product's price, etc, but nothing is working in Quantities. There is an red background error message in the top right corner saying: parsererror: SyntaxError: Unexpected token < I haven't touched a thing in the configuration files in cPanel (except that I turned the error reporting on but that didn't help at all, or maybe I don't know where to look). Why do I keep getting this error? Any help is appreciated!
