Hola, Quería empezar de nuevo mi página web, así que borré los datos del servidor OVH ftp y comencé la instalación de Prestashop v1.6.1.4 desde el principio. Seguí las guías de instalación al pie de la letra (soy bastante novata y no sé nada de lenguaje de código), pero parecía que no era necesario tener esos conocimientos para instalar mi tienda, ya que lo hice anteriormente. Sin embargo, me he atascado en un paso que parece que no explican muy bien en las guías ni en los vídeo-tutoriales que encuentro por Internet. En FileZilla, arrastro todos los archivos de la carpeta "PrestaShop" a la carpeta /www y una vez subidos se supone que al introducir en el navegador "ecofer.es/install" debe de salirme la instalación, pero me sale este mensaje: Si en su lugar pongo "ecofer.es" sale este otro: He probado de todo, www.ecofer.es, www.ecofer.es/prestashop/install... siempre sale algún error. No sé si está bien arrastrar los archivos a la carpeta /www, la cual creé porque parecía que era necesaria para el servidor ovh, o si debo ponerle otro nombre o si da igual y los puedo arrastrar a la carpeta raíz o si el problema es de algún archivo de la versión que está dañado... (lo volví a descargar por si falló algo en la descarga pero nada). Espero que alguien pueda ayudarme porque estoy por tirar la toalla ¡¡Gracias!!

Hello, I am kind of new to Prestashop but lately I've been working hard to get the basics of it. So I've been adding new products in my store for the last few days without any difficulty, but today I keep getting this error whenever I click on any link or button in the Quantities section. I am able to add a name, a friendly URL, product's price, etc, but nothing is working in Quantities. There is an red background error message in the top right corner saying: parsererror: SyntaxError: Unexpected token < I haven't touched a thing in the configuration files in cPanel (except that I turned the error reporting on but that didn't help at all, or maybe I don't know where to look). Why do I keep getting this error? Any help is appreciated!

Hello, Was wondering if anyone ever had the following problem. I opened a random CMS page (for example: About us) and went ahead to insert an image through the editor. I can see the popup and i can upload, but as soon as the upload is finished it says the following: SyntaxError: Unexpected token : The strange thing is that when i refresh the folder, the image did upload correctly, but why am i getting this error? More importantly, how can i fix this? From the default installation i did install another theme (http://www.prestasho...sive-theme-15x/) But surely installing a theme would not affect uploading an image..... right? Thanks in advance

Hi, We've upgraded to the latest and greatest Prestashop. We did that on a local server and now that we're ready for prime-time, we have uploaded the PS directory to our live ftp server including data. We've edited the settings file and changed the settings in the CMS page in back office. It all seems to work as expected, however when we try to access the modules in back office, we get the error below. Why do we get this error and how to fix it? We didn't get it on the local instance. We've tried to upload the files all over again 3 times but with the same results. [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module CertissimXMLElement.class: syntax error, unexpected T_CLASS Thanks.

Hi, I installed prestashop on the server. And without any complication I used it at that time. After that I have had created a full backup from the server and restore it on the new server. Now whenever I open a website this error comes up: “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/XXXXX/public_html/config/config.inc.php on line 30” Please help me to solve it. Regards
