    I tried to import a products csv file it ended up giving me 1,500 products that I did not mean to put on there. Is there a way to delete all of these products through FTP? I tried to delete them on the site but my server shuts down when I try to remove it all at once and says that "PrestaShop Fatal error: no utf-8 support. Please check your server configuration."

    My shipping carriers will not work. They recently worked and just stopped working? Can anybody help me with this?
