Is it possible to set up an item with set shipping cost (free for example), only it if ships associated with another item and in the same time have it's own shipping rule if shipped by itself?

Never mind, I found Statuses can be set up that way.

I need to generate packing lists to send to warehouses before the order is actually shipped. Currently PS only generate the packing list when the order is changed to "shipped" status. The customer then thinks it is shipped but it's not, might only ship the following day. Is there a way to manually generate the packing lists? If not can the packing list generated when the order is changed to "Preparation in progress" rather than "shipped"? thanks

Ah yes, I saw that and responded. It does work the first time, the problem I have is with the response, you'll see with the response I sent you.

I'm having issues with responses sent by Prestashop to customer's questions. Responses arrive as following 1) The Link is incorrect, instead of www.claybourg.com/prestashop/contact-... it should be www.claybourg.com/contact-... 2) The logo is arriving as an attached file instead of embedded in the email, it looks fine in the confirmation email the customer is getting 3) I need to change the message, it is incorrect that responding directly will not reach us. thanks for your help

Yes this is exactly what I'm looking for. However it's a little pricey for me at this time and I do not like using third party addon modules. I've had experiences in the past on another platform not being able to update because a theme maker was not keeping up with the cart and I was not then able to upgrade my cart. The work around I will be using for now is create single items that will be like packs. The inventory won't be linked to the single items but I will only have 4 or 5 packs, so it's not worth spending $250 on a module for now, I can update inventory manually. I'm a little disappointed that this is not a core function however, I mean, it's basics that if you need packs they have to work from combinations.

Can we do packs with combination products? When I create one it seems it's only finding the master item and not the sub items. Example item t-shirt1 and t-shirt2 size S + M + L + XL are two combos of 4 items Can you do a pack with t-shirt1 size S and t-shirt2 size L?

Here's a couple bugs, how to report to PS programmers? Bug #1: I have items that use a flat shipping rate, example $9.99 up to $30 and others that are metered. Let say I add in the cart an item that cost $89, it will be metered in my example at $14.21 with FedEx home delivery. Now I add one of these items in the cart that use the flat rate (they ship from a different location) $30, shipping on this item is $9.99 if alone in the cart. Total shipping should be $14.21 + $9.99 = $24.20. However it is calculated at the outrageous rate of $42.60 instead, something is incorrect. Bug#2: Let's set everything to a flat fee now. Say shipping is $19.99 <$150 and free >$150 Mr Out of State orders $149, shipping = $19.99 Mrs In State orders $149 + $9.31 Sales tax, invoice total is $158.31 Shipping = FREE. this is WRONG. Free shipping should never be calculated with sales tax included. Mrs In State should pay $19.99 of shipping just like Mr Out of State.

I mean things that need to be fixed, improved, added in front and back offices, not specific to code. For example, I would added the possibility to bill a flat fee for shipping and handling per order independently of what is on the order. Just one example, I had other ideas before that may come back.

Is there a wish list somewhere for shop users to tell the developers what's missing?
