Hi, I wondered if anyone can help. I'm getting Invalid security token error messages when trying to do certain tasks within the Back Office. For example when trying to disable a language, clicking on the green ticket get this error: Also when clicking on Preferences/Themes, rather then the Theme Page load up I just get a white page with the text "Select a theme for shop My shop" so I'm not able to change the theme, or specifically change the logo which is what I'm trying to do. Can anyone advise? Am thinking it's something to do with tokens, as the page URL for the themes page has token in it index.php?controller=AdminThemes&token=f60138e5ed7b2df3e300dffd4394f4c9 I did change the URL of the site, would appreciate any suggestions on how to fix this? Just using IE, right clicked and then you can view source. It showed the JS files which are loading in but I don't know why the editor is not showing/loading.

I'm stuck on this having installed a brand new installation of Prestashop 1.6 and get the same problem on this site in that the ability to edit is not there. Have other people had this issue, and any suggestions on how I might try to fix it? Thanks in anticipation...

I'm not able to edit any product descriptions, or the Custom CMS information block - in fact anywhere where the HTML editor should display. Instead I get a blank part of the page where this should load: I have just updated prestashop from 1.5 to 1.6 I tried searching on here for some pointers. I do have the tinyMCE files from what I can see: I checked to see if there were any errors in loading the page and it does show tinyMCE But the file it says is missing is in the correct location: So I'm a bit lost so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks a lot for your help. Much appreciated. When I put the styles in the global.css it worked. Not sure why it isn't loading blocknewsletter.css either but am happy it's displaying correctly.

I just checked the CSS file (\themes\default-bootstrap\css\modules\blocknewsletter\blocknewsletter.css) and it has this in already which looks pretty much the same as your suggestion: #footer #newsletter_block_left { overflow: hidden; width: 50%; float: left; padding: 13px 15px 7px 15px; margin-bottom: 0; } I did add it to the other CSS file (\modules\blocknewsletter\blocknewsletter.css) But it doesn't seem to have made a difference unfortunately. Any other suggestions? Thanks, I will try that too.. Which of the 2 CSS files should I add this to?

Yes, thanks for any further suggestions... It is an upgrade from Prestashop 1.5 and have it at http://www3.lalaa.co.uk until I get it all set-up.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I am using the default theme 'default-bootstrap' and also the standard module 'Newsletter block v1.6 - by PrestaShop'. I have overwritten the two CSS files in my installation with the original CSS files: \modules\blocknewsletter\blocknewsletter.css \themes\default-bootstrap\css\modules\blocknewsletter\blocknewsletter.css And also the TPL file: \themes\default-bootstrap\modules\blocknewsletter\blocknewsletter.tpl But still the formatting is off. Any further suggestions? My test upgrade is running at http://www3.lalaa.co.uk Thanks.

Hi, I wondered if anyone could help. I've just updated to PS 1.6, want to use the new standard web responsive theme and have a problem with the page footer in that the newsletter signup module goes the width of the page and the Social Media icons are then moving underneath. I've tried un-installing, reinstalling and hooking into position again but it's still not showing correctly. Here's how it is currently appearing: And what I'm expecting: Can anyone advise? Thanks
