Hi, I have to print deliveryslip with epson dot matrix printer because our financial affairs department wants the delivery slips in 3 copies using continuous form paper. I managed to arranged the data in the correct places to fit the continuous form paper(it is not empty paper). But when I print it does not show the charters properly I can not read the result.. When I change the file manually to docx file, change the font to courrier new and print using same printer everything is ok. The quality of the printout is good. Neverthless we can not do this manualy for every order it will be too complicated for the user and it will take too much time. I tried to change the default font which was 'freeserif' in PDFGenerator.php to 'courrier new' but I got an error. Report didn't work at all. I am not sure if this changing font will be a solution for my problem. Is there a way that prestashop gives out txt or docs report instead of pdf report? I couldn't find where I can change the file type. Thank you..

Hi, I just opened by store today. Before hosting firm directed my domain name to my IP there was no problem. But later when I check my site I saw a big question mark on the right. I put most of the files back from my backup but the problem still exists. Is there anyone who can help me? Thank you FERDA

I try to import my existing customers to the new site which is prepared using prestashop. I prepared the cvs file as in the samples.I have over 17000 existing customer records. When I tried whole file I managed to insert around 5000 records. I thought that maybe this number is too high for prestashop maybe it causes some memory problems. Later I divided original file into smaller files which have 5000 records at most than I could import around 1500 records Later I tried file with 1000 records result was even smaller. In the end I tried file with 200 records at most and I could import around 87 using cvsimport. This is meaningless. Everytime I clear the table before cvsimport... I don't get an error. It looks like import finishes correctly but when I check the # of records I see the bad results.... Is this a known issue? How can I solve this ? other than trying to write insert scripts myself ??

Hello, My prestashop version is 1.5.4.1 and my paypal version is 3.5.8. When I test the payment paypall accepts the payment. ORder is created how ever in the result window there is an error message (in red color) . The title of the result window is "Error Occured" In the details it says Paypal Response:Checkout Status:->Payment Action Completed ....and all the other details like timestamp, email of the customer order status etc. etc.. Hello, I want to change the text for paypal. I can not do this using online translations because I have a problem with that (some memory settings I couldn't fixed it... ). I have to change the text like 'You have chosen to pay with PayPal. Here is a short summary of your order:' manually . I checked the translation.xml file under modules/paypal but I couldn't find that text. Where should I check? Thank you FERDA

In our existing web site we ask the customer "if he/she accepts delivery of the product to a child with cancer by hand" if the customer selects this option the total cost is decresed by the amount of shipment cost. Later the customer pays (he may chose credit_card, paypall, money order what ever) . Since this option is checked the product is delivered to a child by hand by our foundation later. In short customer does not pay for the shipment. We are recently moving our old web site to prestashop. But unluckily I couldn't find a way to implement this on prestashop. Please help.... In our existing store we offer some gift boxes, gift bags to the customer. These bags and boxes are also sold on the store individually as other products. When customer choses on of this packaging options he/she the cost of the packaging is added to the total. The prices of different gift packaging options are different. In prestashop there is a default question like "Do you like your product in gift box ? " but this does not fullfill the requirement of chosing different kind of packages ... We are moving this store to prestashop. We need to find a way to realize this situation in prestashop but I don't know how can I do that. I examined all the possible modules but couldn't find a way yet. Is there anyone who will offer me a way to do this ? Thank you ... FERDA

Merhabalar, Mailinizde yazdığınız bütün nedenleri Prestashop'un php tabanlı oldugunu vb. biliyorum ancak mevcut calistigimiz hosting firması bize sadece IIS konusunda destek veriyor. Kısıt ondan kaynaklı. Ben de şimdiye kadar hep wampserver da çalıştırdım. IIS server'a da çok aşina değilim ama mecburiyetler nedeniyle onda calistirmayi denemem gerekiyor. Teşekkürler

Merhabalar, Ben geçen yıl bir okul projesi için bir prestashop uygulaması yapmıştım. Tabi tam çalışır halde değil, banka, kredi kartı entegrasyonu vs. yok. Bir süre önce Lösev'de çalışmaya başladım. Lösev'in www.ispanak.com.tr diye bir sitesi var. Çok eskiden yapılmış şuan kimse memnun değil. yonetim ekranlarında urunleri girip çıkışının yapilacagi bir ekran bile yok. Mevcut sipariş listesi düzgün çalışmıyor o nedenle Lösev dükkan çalışanları bir müşteri aradığında siparişini bulmak için uzun bir listeden tek tek bakmak zorunda kaliyorlar vs. vs. Benim daha önce yaptığım prestashop uygulamasindan yola cikarak hizli bir cozum olabilir diye dusunuyorum. Yanliz soyle bir kisitimiz var. Bu ispanak sitesi bir bagiscimizda (hosting firması) host ediliyor onlar da sadece IIS destegi veriyorlar. Prestashop'un IIS7 SP1 den sonrasina kurulabildigini okumustum denedim ancak calistirmadim. Bu konuda desteğe ihtiyacim var. Veritabani kismini hosting firmasına henüz sormadim ancak şuan bize MSSQL kullandiriyorlar muhtemelen MYSQL kurmamiza izin vermezler MSSQL le calisiyormu prestashop?
