Hi All, Im running 1.5.6.2 and I'm having an issue getting my dashboard and front page to register an order status. I've read that a lot of users are having the same issues but as yet I haven't found an answer that works for me, maybe im missing something Now I've tried everything I can think of to get my order status to work but no matter what I try whenever someone places an order, the order shows properly under the orders tab but shows as a 0 in the dashboard statistics. Ive tried everything I can think of including marking all statuses to allow customers to download invoices. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Did you find an answer to this? I cant find any info anywhere and although the module sounds great, Im not using it if customers can use it together with other vouchers. I'll be out of business within a month!

Thanks Troca, Appreciate you coming back to us. I've tried that and tried manually deleting the files from the smarty folder.

Hi Vekia, Thanks for replying, it's really appreciated. This issue is happening with all of my categories. I have an old category image that I want to replace with a totally different new image. It uploads fine to the back office. I can delete the old image and replace it with the new. I can delete caches, do other work on the BO and when I return to edit category the new image is still showing in the BO. As far as the BO is concerned it thinks that it has the correct image. However, the FO still displays the old image. It doesn't matter what browser I use, how many caches I delete, if I re index the category images or even if I manually delete the cache from the Smarty folder, it still shows the old image. I've even checked the permissions on the IMG folder and they are correct. I've tried both .jpg and .png of different sizes. If I delete the old image from the BO, the BO shows it as gone but it still shows the old image in the FO. The strangest thing is that I get no errors. Thanks again for your help.

It's the Warehouse Theme. It's a very stable theme. I've not had any issues previously and I've been using the theme for a while now. Nothing's been updated on it lately. I update the standard modules as and when the BO lets me know they need doing but other than that, nothing.

Anyone found a resolution to this yet? I've also tried different browsers in case it was a frozen cache within the browser and I've re-indexed my images. Heeeeeelp! It's driving me mad.
