Advance RMA | Refund, Replace, Repair, Restock, Policy module Our Advance RMA module provides a seamless process for customers to return their products to store and get a refund or replacement or repairment for the return made. The store admin can manage all the RMA requests placed by the customers from the backend. Detailed statistics on RMA requests for refund, replacement, and repair helps the store admin build strategy to reduce returns on the store. Hello guys, I dont know why but this is it, tinimce replace some text, for a wierd reason.. you may understand with the exemple. Main problem is while i use prestashop's option to modify email template. Original template code contain for exemple: href="{shop_url}" style="color: #337ff1;"> BUT TINYMCE WILL ADD AN URL WHEN IT THINKS IT SHOULD BE SO IT BECOMES : href="https:// www domain com / BODIRECTORY/ {shop_url}" style="color: #337ff1;"> Yes.. it adds an url with the BO directory.. so all links becomes wrong, and showing BO directory is ofc not the best practice... Hi, I have problem with html products descriptions in my store. The thing is that product’s title in my html products description section is <h1> tag. I did it manually, all these descriptions and didn’t notice that presta by default marks by <h1> tag product title at the top of product’s page. And now I have two <h1> tags at several hundreds pages with products. I am looking for an addon or solution .. maybe I can change it somehow in database directly by some rule? I don’t know.. to mass replace these <h1></h1> tags by for ex. <p></p>. It repeats exactly the same in every product description so it’s shouldn’t be a problem. I don’t want to change this manually… Thank you

Hello everyone, I use block layered to transform category name, but I try to replace part of product name in product-list.tpl as well, but it doesnt work, any reason why? Example: Category name: Tools => use filter=> get "Tools > small" I wat same in product name in product-list in products. Thanks for help or any idea Pavel

Hello. I uploaded a category image to see how it would look on my site. Then I deleted the image and tried to upload a new image to take it's place in the category. I have cleared all of the caches. But everytime I try to upload a new image to my categories, prestashop puts the 1st/originial uploaded image in the new image's place. I have checked the folders where the images are stored. The default image is saved correctly. However the image for my theme is not. Any help is greatly appreciated thank you.

Good day, I am fairly new to Prestashop and I have copied the default Bootstrap theme to try and build my own customized theme. What I am trying is to get the homepage slider in between the logo/search/cart and the main navigation. Mainly, the main navigation needs to be below the slider. Is this easy to do, because I haven't found any instruction or topic yet on how to do this. Best regards.

Hi, i am trying to change the onsale image but dont work... I have the path http://mundotecnologico.pt/themes/default/img/onsale_pt.gif I create an image about 90x27, rename to "onsale_pt.gif" and upload to server to that path themes/default/img but i cant see the image... I was looking for a way to replace the facebook block by the custom cms section with an image pointing to an affiliate program. Since I could not find anything, here is a quick and dirty way to get this accomplished. 1. Log on to your store via FTP and go into the Modules Folder 2. Find your blockfacebook folder and open it 3. Hello, I am wondering what is the best way to replace an image in a payment module (ie. paypal) when developing a custom template - without intacting the original module functionality (ie. in case of upgrades). To make things clearly: let's suppose to have a module (like paypal) that have its own TPL where the payment image logo is recalled. I would like to replace that image with a custom one that reflect my template style. I tried to copy a custom tpl , and storing my custom image in themes dir, something like : /themes/mytheme/modules/paypal/views/......tpl . /themes/mytheme/modules/paypal/my_logo.jpg thinking that doing so would allow Prestashop to read my custom TPL and bypass the original one. But it didn't work... Any advice is appreciated.

hello I want to change or replace "Add to Cart" button from my store (prestashop 1.6) , I can change it on product page vary easily by overriding product controller but how can I change from homepage thare is two different module used named "popular" & "best salers", these both are use "add to cart" button so I cant edit their php file,

Hi, Does anybody know how can I replace the favourite products module with new products module? I am aware of live edit feature in modules > positions, but it is not possible to simply replace their places with each other. Please help to solve this problem.
