In the (free) Loyalty Module you can set the ratio (eg. $1 = 1 point) I need to be able to set the value for the ratio as equal to or greater than $30. Is this possible? The client has a loyalty program in place where customers earn 1 point for EACH PRODUCT over $30 NOT for every $30 spent. I was thinking I could set the ratio as >=30, but I can't do that from the back office. Where is this value stored? Is this even possible or do I need to bu a Paid Module and allocate points to each product separately?

My client requires a notification (in the back office) EVERY time an item is ADDED and/or REMOVED from a cart. I am aware that adding a product doesn't necessarily mean it is bought, but we need an instant notification every time a product is added or removed BEFORE checkout. Is there a "simple" way to do this? I know you can immediately notify the CUSTOMER when they have added a product and they can verify the removal of a product. You also can notify ADMIN when an order has been paid/ checked out so I know there must be some way of doing it, but I can't figure it out! Can anyone help?

Hi, I am currently using PS 1.5.3.1 although I had this same issue with my previous install (1.5.2.0) also. My cart summary appears to lose all formatting when I click checkout, with products in the cart. It does not happen when the cart is empty though. (Please see attached images) I could actually deal with the loss of formatting IF it still displayed a continue button, but as it is it can't be used! I thought it may have been a php memory issue, but after fixing these I am still having the same problem. Can anyone help me please? This shop is driving me to the brink of insanity!!
