  1. Did you get this resolved? I am having the same issue. I am running on PS 1.4.6.2 and I had a video on the front page a couple of days ago and now it is not working. I have tried countless times to add it through the embedded media format and also tried uploading it but it does not take the file. Please let me know how to fix this.
  2. Thank you. I can see that shipping is added after you add an address. Elpatron, yes this is the same site, I submitted a ticket for my web host to restore the website using their backups as far back as he could. Thankfully this worked.
  3. I am having issues with my cart. I am operating on PS version 1.4.6.2 and my cart will not add the shipping with the order. It won't even add the handling charges. Feel free to test here: http://wheretemptationsbegin.com/ I have tried this on Safari and on FireFox. Please let me know what browsers you tried and what the end result was.
  4. I really don't know what happened, but thank you VERY much for reading through my comments.
  5. I am not sure where it was installed before this whole mess. I recently downloaded it to ecommerce, but have already deleted the application from there. Here is a screenshot of the cpanel.
  6. I am not sure what directories I need but this is what my page shows. I have contacted my web host and unfortunately the only do backups of the day prior. I would like to get rid of prestashop as soon as I can fix this problem. Sebkos, Thank you for your help.
  7. Yes I would like to try anything that works, I would like to get my customers and my orders back, even for a brief period until I create a new store or something.
  8. ok, now there seems to be an error. It displays a 404 error the first file is displayed when http://www.wheretemptationsbegin.com is entered in the address bar the second file only seems to show up under http://www.wheretemptationsbegin.com/ecommerce/index.php
  9. No, but I do have an earlier update of the prestashop files. I was under the impression that the 1-click upgrade did a backup for the files.
  10. How/Where do I import a backup file into my office? The autoupgrade seems to have done these backups. How can I retrieve them?
  11. Haylau, I submitted a ticket to my host asking if he can do anything to fix this, thank you for your suggestion.
  12. I managed to get into a new script. It seems I have to start all over. This is ridiculous! I can't believe all my work is gone, just like that. Utterback, Yes I did revert back using the rollback feature.
  13. yeah, i wanted to Start over with Magento after this happened
  14. I was using PS version 1.4.6 then I did the 1-click upgrade to version 1.4.9 and then once more (all in the same day) to version 1.5.2 After realizing that my cart rules were acting up (it would give Free shipping to every item) and realizing my carrier and payment modules had been "turned off" and I could not enable them, I decided to revert to 1.4.9 I received a "succesful completion" alert and then it reminded me to enable my shop. As I refreshed the page, it went blank. The entire screen was blank, so I tried to log in to my front office, and same issue. I let it refesh once again, and still the same blank screen. The last time my shop was working was Saturday December 8. Which is also the day that I did the update and everything stopped working. http://wheretemptationsbegin.com http://wheretemptati...gin.com/admin89 http://wheretemptationsbegin.com/info.php I have contacted my web host, he ran several tests, and there is nothing wrong on his end. I am using Safari and Firefox for browsers, but I don't think it is a browser problem. How can I fix this issue if I have no back office? This seems like a major script issue.
  15. No I don't have a backup ready but how would this help? I can't even see my back office.
