BigMike
I have the same problem but 1.5.4.1 to 1.5.5.0 Whats wrong? Thanx!
bside2234
Make sure the permission for these folders and files are above 700. I had this same problem with a different folder. Changed all permissions to 777 and update went smooth. Probably a good idea to go back and change them back to the original permissions after the update. 1sweetman
It is either permissions as mentioned above or if you are using Linux check ownership of the files. Mine changed during a backup from apache to root - took me ages to do a side-by-side comparison of a basic install and my live version to find them all (not sure why Linux does this sometimes but it's bloody annoying when it happens) In a terminal window use ls -l -a /var/www/html/mywebsitename Edited September 13, 2013 by 1sweetman (see edit history)
Vaupell
hmm 1.6.0.8 --> 1.6.0.9 I would actually expect the software to check permissions before it started the upgrade. But thanks for the tips.. Edited August 16, 2014 by Vaupell (see edit history)
