Hi!

If I disable my shop for maintenance then there is a text instead of my Front Office...the Maintance text. Where can I change it in my translation file?

Thnx!

I didnt bother with the translations mate. I just changed the .tpl to show exactly what i wanted to show. you can make your maintainance page a lot better looking with basic html in that file.

THNX A LOT! I could change it the way I wanted! I thought that I have to change it somewhere in the translation folder.

Either or but at least you can make your store look and feel more personal, even when it is offline, this way :-)

I'm trying to put my site on maintance mode, can this be done in back office or does I have to change script?

You can do this from the back office. Go to Preferences tab and set Enable Shop to No. On the same page (under the Enable Shop option) there's a field labeled Maintenance IP Addresses. Add your IP address there so that you can access your frontend while the shop is in maintenance mode.
