Problems upgrading 1.3.7 to 1.4.7

hello, i have this problem upgrading from 1.3.7 to 1.4.7 using Manual Upgrade following this guide:

This is my problem:

 

 

Error during install/upgrade: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /web/htdocs/www.e-plurisnet.it/home/prestashop/classes/Db.php on line 131 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /web/htdocs/www.e-plurisnet.it/home/prestashop/classes/Db.php on line 134

 

You may have to:

• Fix the error(s) displayed
  
• Put your database backup
  
• Modify the file settings.inc.php to put the old version for the line with _PS_VERSION_
  
• Restart the upgrade process from the begining
  

i've tried several times upgrading but everytime i keep this message. and after this my installation is messed up..i have this error into the website:

 

"Invalid loadTaxZones() SQL query!"

 

i don't know what to do, please help.

What I did was first upgrade , in my case from 1.3.3, to version 1.4.4.0 (get it here) and then the upgrade to 1.4.7.3. It's a bit of work but no errors....
