I have now installed an older version of the theme configurator, now it works but you have to be careful not to accidentally update it.

www.ebishop.se My theme is responsive. Downsize to tablet-size, then look at the top menu and click on "Categories". You then see my categories. Some have subcategories. The "+" to unfold the subcategories are so large that they get over the text. In what CSS file and in what line do I change the 1) size 2) color of the "+" so that it no longer blocks my category text ? Prestashop 1.6.1

Which CSS file and what line do I have to modify in order to 1) Change the color & font of the navigationbar that holds the Contact uss, language and sign in links ? 2) Change the color & font/font size of the top menu ? Submenues included ? 3) Change the color & font/font size of the categories header ? 4) Change the backgroundcolor of the search ikon in the quick search bar ? 5) Change the backgroundcolor of the check-out ? 6) Change the backgroundcolor of the footer and the social media links ? This is driving me insane. I do not know how many hours i spent searching the net for a solution to this but nothing seems to work. Prestashop 1.6.1 When I go to the theme configurator and then click on the link to Live Edit, my shop loads. But the little Live Edit gear is not showing. Doesn't matter what browser I use. Firefox, Safari, Chrome. Doesn't matter if I am on a Mac or PC. I cleared the cache. I disables Adblock. I allowed for Popups. Nothing happens. Please, does anyone know why ???? Regards, Jennifer

Hi, I am sending mainly with DHL Service Point in Sweden. The maximum weight of parcels is 20 kg. Some of my products weigh 10 kg and sometimes customers order 3 or more of them. Right now they pay just for shipping costs up to 20 kg (1 parcel) but because of the weight limit of DHL I need to send the order in several parcels. I haven't figured out how to set the settings that when someone orders a 30 kg order it splits up the order in 2 parcels (one 20kg and one 10 kg) and charges the customer accordingly. Can someone point me in the right direction ? Thanks, Jennifer

Hej, någon här som skicka sina paket med DHL Multishipping (DHL Service Point) ? Jag brukar skriva in alla mina paket manuell i DHL Multishipping men nu med Black Friday har jag märkt att det ta för mycket tid. Jag vet att det finns en möjlighet att automatisera det hela, men jag hitta inte vad det var ? Har någon här kopplat sin Prestashop mot DHL Multishipping ? Finns det någon mall som man exportera från Prestashop till DHL Multishipping som innehåller alla mina order av dagen ? Ideer ? Tips ? Tack, Jennifer

Hello, is it possible to change the colot of the voucher box at the checkout ? Right now quite a few of my costumers miss entering the voucher codes, it would be easier for them if they would immediately see the box for entering the vouchers due to another color. See image. Is there the possibility to create a proforma invoice for Export with Prestashop ? I cannot modify any php files (don´t have the knowledge to do that) and the regular Prestashop Invoice layout doesn't have all the information that UPS wants to have on an export proforma invoice. Are there any modules that can handle this where you can easily customize the layout of an invoice without fiddling with the php files ? Regards, Jennifer

Clearing Cache didn't work. I tried to go to Modules --- Top horizontal menu and then I took away "Räkfoder" and saved and then I added it again but still it doesn't work. Is that what you mean by re-adding those entities ?

Hello, this is my site: www.ebishop.se As you can see in the category block, the category "Räkfoder" has subcategories. They used to be categories themselves but I made them into subcategories of "Räkfoder". But in the top horizontal menu those subcategories do not show up. The ones in "Tillbehör" show up though. How do I fix this ? I cannot find the setting with which to correct this. Thanks, Jennifer

Hello, I have taken over a webshop and are trying to do a few layout changes but I am not getting anywhere and would like to have some help. 1) How to I change the font size for the upper menu bar (the header of the categories) ? The customization tool isn't showing up when I go to Live Edit. I have tried this with different browsers, but it is simply gone ? 2) Can I move the Search bar to where the Call us now thing is in the default theme ? 3) I want the upper menu have the same color (dark greyish) as the top bar with the contact us, currency etc. 4) In my shop (http://www.ebishop.se) the cart is located in the middle of the page in the same hight as the logo. How do I move the cart to the right side so that I have the Logo (which will be resized) on the left side and the cart on the right side so that it is all symetrical ? 5) How to I add more links to CSM pages to the menu bar with the contact us, currency, Login links ? I go to the theme configuration module. Live configurator is on. But when I click on it, the customization tool for colors isn't showing up at all ? What am I doing wrong ? I am pretty new with Prestashop, still learning the ropes. Thanks, Jennifer
