How can I add a Tracking Code (not google or facebook) in Prestashop ?

Issue solved with Mail Hosting Server. They have some anti spam settings that was done 2 Weeks ago.

I confirm that the 3 files also exits in the Template folder and that the line is written.

prestashop is in two language, german and english. Since some days we have the error message "error sending email" in "german only" when customers are trying to reset they password in the german version. English version reset password are working well.

The error you get is for sure because PSIP of postfiance don't forward you back to the right domain or something like that. Ask a refund when you do not get support from Developer and buy the one I send you. They are good and always ready to help. Good luck !

There are 4 Plugin named Postfinance and I should see exactly the link to know if we have the same developer.

Postfinance directly will not find a solution for module issue and they are a little limited. Which module do you have exactly ? Can you send me a link ?

The hoster says that the Job was accomplished from there site but they can not told me if the command was internally done in the shop. In Prestashop Cron task I have 2 other function Automation to be done and there have the status Last execution: Never . All have an hour tackt synchronisation and was sett up since week. Maybe is something with the Task Link URL not good that the plugins gives ?

I try to set up a syncronisation cron task that an internal newsletter module synchronise all hours with the mailchimp contacts I have for example a link http://myshop.com/modules/newsletterpro/sync_chimp.php?token=33b960031f39d33390890beaf6f607f3 Cron job last execution after some weeks: never I have also set up the cron job in my hosting pannel, the support confirm me that the job is execute as the rule. Dear all, thanks for your feedbacks. After investigating many hours in researching and comparing data. I find out that my customer have many old orders before the migration that are set to "in progress" and not as "delivered". Thats why the big difference. The original issue is that we have for example in Mai 2016 (when we make the migration), 4 effective sales and when we go in the Prestashop Statistik we have only 3 sales listed. Same for June 2016, we had 41 sales but Prestashop statistic show 40. Any idea why this can happen ?
