Right now I have a "new products" widget in the front page of my store which shows the products which were added last to the catalogue, however I would prefer showing products of a specific category that I choose and that don't necessarily disappear after two weeks, how can I do this? Thank you.

I'm trying to optimise my Prestashop store for SEO, but I don't know how to best structure html headers. What should H1 and H2 tags ideally be in the home page? And in the categories and product pages? I was thking cateogories as H2 in the home page, but what should H1 be? And then category name as H1 in the category page and product titles as H2, and category as H1 and product name as H2 in the product pages... how are you guys doing it? Thank you for the input.

Hi. I'm working for a small company in Barcelona and we have recently uploaded a 9000+ catalogue to out PrestaShop site. Since the volume of products is so high and we didn't have a specific short description for each, we created a generic short desciption and included the same one for every product. Are we risking a penalty for this? It's 3-4 lines that are repeated on every product page. Thank you.

Hi, I uploaded 5000 products to my prestashop catalogue, and I checked webmaster tools to see the keywords that Google has found in my site and the one that appears more often is "array" (7000 times). I understand that this is a tag inside the source code? Will this affect the ranking of my site? Thank you.

Hi fred-vinapresta, I know. What I'm asking though is how to change the cover image of a product. I've been trying around and it looks like you have to change the cover value in both ps_image and ps_image_shop.

Hi guys. I have imported over 2300 products to my Prestashop catalogue via CSV. What I'd like to do now is as follows: So I have several images for most products, and different color combinations for most of them, and I would like that all the products that are available in red have the image of the product in red as default, so the red thumbnail appears in the web. I have managed to set all red combinations as default, but I don't know how to set the red image as default for all products that have it. Is there a way around this? Thank you very much!
