Hello, I hope you can help. My name is Steve Roberts ([email protected]) I am having trouble connecting to ebay with this prestashop module. I have installed the module, added my ebay user, then clicking connect I get the following error... There was an error passing information between the third party you just came from and eBay. Error code: 20.1.10 : 2015-12-11 15:04:19 : signin.ebay.co.uk This error may have occurred for one of the following reasons: The third party that has sent you here has provided invalid information to eBay. eBay has encountered an error processing your request. Please close this window and return to the third-party application I have tried all the googled/forum answers which are the following: 1) Change permissions on ebay files/ajax to 775 / 777, 2) Changed the language in the database to 17 (however this was already 17) 3) Change the ebay_country_default in the database to gb (This was already gb) 4) Changed EBAY_PRODUCT_TEMPLATE to have .co.uk and not .fr. I have deleted the database tables, deleted the module, uploaded and done this whole process again! Twice! Still no luck... I am out of ideas and so is Google. Please help Thank you

I have created a post for this, but also seen the issue here. Is anyone / prestashop able to fix this issue? or does anyone have a fix? Thank you

Can anyone help on this. I find that if I put in a basic URL to image it won't display either.

Hello, I hope someone can help. I am having an issue with my logo displaying on all emails sent from Prestashop. FYI I am using one of the Leo themes. I have the logo set in the backend and within the emails as <a title="{shop_name}" href="{shop_url}" style="color:#337ff1"> <img src="{shop_logo}" alt="{shop_name}" /> </a> But being displayed on emails as no image (alt ' ../ ') Also the link doesn't work. Hello, I am wondering if anyone can help. Recently I purchased Facebook PS Shop Tab module which has come with two errors, however there is an error I need to overcome before I can tackle those errors and that is to do with SSL. When in my dashboard I go to 'Enable SSL' (Preferences > General) but get the following error --- Not FoundThe requested URL /psadmin/index.php was not found on this server. --- Has anyone come across this before. Looking within the files I do have an index.php within the psadmin folder and without it giving more details I cannot understand why the error would come up. Any help would be much appreciated. Hello Seán Sorry to post this in a thread unrelated but as it is the only thing based on Realex and you replied, I was hoping to get a quick response. I get the whole payment process as scottpeter123 does, however I don't get the next screen, I get an error "Please contact the merchant whose goods or services you are purchasing and give the error message below. Error 506 Invalid account configuration. Please contact the merchant." Is this something that you know of? I can't find anything in my Realex emerchant account as an issue and have filled all the correct details in on Prestashop. Attached is the issue as a jpg Please help Thank you in advance Steve

Hello, I hope you can help and thank you in advance. I am fairly new to Prestashop (After being Wordpress and Magento savvy) and have my first theme going here (which I have edited) http://webvisualsites.co.uk/prestashop/content/category/3-about-us I have setup the menu and found I have to setup top menu items as a category, ok but now on the site when clicking that top menu item I get a list of the submenu items. I am looking to have that menu item as a page but where to edit and how. An example of this is the following site when hovering over and clicking 'Occasions' http://www.johnsonspopcorn.com/occasions.html Is their a way to do this? Do I need to buy a menu module? I just want to have a menu, with a drop down and clicking 'About' for example I want that to be a page. Please help. Thank you Regards Steve
