  1. Thanks for the info Vekia. It worked Best regards,
  2. Could someone share the name of the files to implement the js snippet and the CSS style? Thanks
Gracias,
  4. I changed the code as ALMAJ said here: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/319390-tutorial-fixed-top-menu-how-to-make-the-top-horizontal-menu-float-prestashop-156x/page-2?do=findComment&comment=1882982 but nothing happens. Is there anything more to do? Maybe in the CSS?
  5. Thanks for your help LeukvanLieke. So we can be autonomous getting all the data with "DB backup" & FTP. That's good. I was afraid can't access to the DB as I read many times that Prestashop Cloud doesn't allow to access to there.
  6. Hello, Could anyone say a good tutorial (maybe a post blog) to learn how to migrate a PS Cloud to self hosting? I know there is no access to the database in PS Cloud, but I would know if a safe migration is possible. 1. What could be saved from the FTP of PS Cloud? Just the theme configuration? 2. The products, categories & CMS pages could be exported / imported though the backoffice? With a module? 3. Could the general configuration of the shop & modules be exported? With a module? Just typing in the new PS self-hosted? 4. What about the order & invoices? 5. What about the URLs & SEO? 6. Maybe opening a ticket in Cloud Support? If yes, what is the price? Best regards,
  7. If you open a new PS Cloud you got version 1.6.0.14 But if you open your PS Cloud a version/s ago you can't update it, as "1-Click Upgrade - AutoUpgrade Module" is not available for us. We can't access to the database either. Maybe someone can tell to the community how to update a PS Cloud. Regards,
  8. Thanks for replying selectshop.at I don't agree at all. I only purchased official marketplace modules, which are more expensive, for using this platform. And I spent more than 1000€ in modules. Prestashop Cloud could be free, but it does not justify product bugs and fails, and it does not forbid we the users to complain about that. If the product is incomplete it shouldn't be released, but if the product was released the PS Cloud staff should be attend we the users as professional as they must. And I understand bugs can happen and being solved. My shop is working now but with big fails in database, the products and categories disappeared, and this was the answer from the PS Cloud staff: "Hello, Thank you for your message. The problem is solved and we apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks for using our solution, we remain at your disposal,Regards" I don't agree at all. I hope this thread and messages help future user to choose better.
  9. Yes, I had tried that, but when Prestashop Support could do something my shop had already been closed for 12 hours. Anyway, the Cloud Support doesn't fit what Prestashop product & brand deserves. They turn on the PS Cloud, apologize but didn't give me any detail about the causes of it, closing the ticket after that. When I open a new ticket asking about details of the bug, in order to try not repeat these annoying issue, they eat up another ticket and reply me these empty answer: "Hello, Thank you for your message. The problem is solved and we apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks for using our solution, we remain at your disposal,Regards" Is that as professional as Prestashop brand deserves? I don't think so.
  10. Hello, I bought and install around 10 modules and I was having problems in AJAX functionalities of all of them. I talked to the developer of one module and he told me the issue could be caused because the SSL was activated, but the SSL was not activated in my Prestashop Cloud. After some research from forums, I discover that for the proper operation of AJAX functionalities of many modules, I must log in my backoffice though www.myprestashopcloud.com/office and not through http://myprestashopcloud.com/backoffice I tried to do that assigning a domain and, yes, all the AJAX issues were solved. The issue is that there is no way to enter in the backoffice of a Prestashop Cloud if you don't assign any domain, because the platform works with http://example.pswebshop.com and does not work with http://www.example.pswebshop.com Could anyone tell me if am I right or wrong? Is it possible to log in my backoffice through http://www.example.pswebshop.com/backoffice? (I can't find the way) Best regards,
  11. Thank you very much for your reply COTOKO. I was researching and I found that, to turn on the debug mode which is not available for us It's quite probably that module is the responsible of the crash, because I push the button install and 10 seconds later the shop only show white screen in front and backoffice. The issue is that module works perfectly in other Prestashop Cloud. One question, will delete the module folder through FTP repair this issue? Best regard and thank you very much.
  12. Hello, I bought about 10 modules and a theme. Everything was going alright until I push the button "install" in the last module. Now my Prestashop Cloud has dissapead, I can only see a "white screen" in frontoffice and backoffice. I have installed that module in other Prestashop Cloud before without any problem. The bug is quite important, as I can do nothing. Where can I get support for this kind of issues?
  13. selectshop.at, I saw the topic you post https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/401361-ideal-payment-modules/?do=findComment&comment=1972045 I can't read anything about the "1-Click Upgrade - AutoUpgrade Module" nor "upgrade Prestashop Cloud version". Maybe wanted to post a different topic?
  14. Yes, I understand and I respect it. I only claim about the lack of information for the Prestashop Cloud customers. I spent a thousand euros in modules and there is no deep information for us; besides there is no support from the addons.prestashop.com staff, when I asked them I only received discount vouchers. Just a few words in the module description would be appreciate: "This module is not available in Prestashop Cloud". Thanks for your kind help selectshop.at. Best regards,
