I have the same problem and don't know how to fix {if $product->quantity > 0} to work when comibination in product is out of stock

hi, I upgrading my prestashop from 1.5 to 1.6.0.6 when i choose color in layered block show no product in this category but have product when i choose out of stock filter also show avalibilty product i change permission file and folder and uninstall and install and change js to not add # in the url and also not working for me please help me
