  1. Okay. Thanks. Do you have any idea how I can change it so that the valid date is immediately?
  2. I have been using the customer loyalty and rewards module from Prestashop and when my customers redeem their points for a voucher, the vouchers start date is a month or more in the future so they are not able to use the voucher right away. I do not see any settings that control this in the module configuration. Does anybody know of a way to make these vouchers available immediately? This is really upsetting a lot of my customers.
  3. This is still an ongoing problem, and I am not sure what could be causing it. Does anybody else have any issues like this? I am wondering if it has to do with my Advanced Customization module that i am using. The developer is no help at all. http://addons.prestashop.com/en/6638-advanced-customizations.html
  4. I manually enter a lot of orders daily. I noticed that after upgrading to 1.6.1.1 when I manually enter an order i am having trouble but only with items that have customization. Items that are customizable, show up with the wrong quantity. The invoice wants to double charge the customer. It will put 2 for the quantity, no matter what I do. Does anybody have any clue what is going on and how i can fix this??
  5. this problem is still a huge thorn in my side. Does anyone know how it can be fixed?
  6. Our store allows backorders. We have a problem where an item will show in stock, but if a customer orders more than the available quantity... he is not told until after the order has been placed and paid for. I receive emails from customers who are upset because an item appears in stock when they add it to the cart, and when they view it in the cart. But immediately after payment is made, the order is placed in backorder. example: we have 8 balls in stock. customer places order for 10 balls. customer is told his order is in stock and customer then makes a payment. Payment clears, our stock is now -2 and the customer gets an email saying his order is on backorder. Customer emails me immediately and cancels his order and demands a refund. This happens constantly and is a huge burdon on our business. I need a solution. It would be great if Prestashop could warn the customer, prior to making a payment while he is still reviewing his cart. Is there a module, plugin, option someplace to alert the customer they have ordered more than the available stock and their item will be placed on backorder??? I find this odd. Every e-merchant I do business with has these options... however prestashop overlooks such a simple thing??
  7. To get around this issue, I opened the .csv file in MS Office. Once the file was open I then saved it as a new .CSV and was able to edit the columns. Once the new .csv was saved using Office, mailchip was able to import it and use my data.
  8. I too am having this problem. My .csv file looks good, but mailchimp says there is no email column.
  9. To reproduce the issue, your customer would have to register their prestashop address different than the address they have in PayPal. Then after they submit the payment thru paypal they are forwarded back to our site with the following error message: PayPal response:TIMESTAMP -> 2016-02-19T17:28:54ZL_ERRORCODE0 -> 10736L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal CodeL_LONGMESSAGE0 -> A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error
  10. PLEASE!?!?! Is there any way to avoid the verification with Paypal address? $400 orders are being lost cause of a silly space after the city name.
  11. Is there any way to avoid payment error if there is an address mis-match? We get a lot of payment errors with this: We typically find that there is an extra space after the customers city, or the street name has Street instead of St. Is there a reason we have to validate addresses to accept payment?
