  1. Hi There, We are in the process of trying to do an upgrade from 1.6.0.9 to 1.6.1.16. We have used the one click up grade process and it has run without error. The main page loads fine. But when you click into any product listing or product detail pages the header, footer and theme does not load. I have attached a sample of what loads: We have cleared all caches in prestashop and our browers. Any suggestions on what might be causing this? Thanks, Sarah
  2. We've got the mobile site back up and working, but have the issue with friendly URLs not working. History: We ended up restoring a version of the site at a point in time we knew it was all working. When the restore was done the mobile site was not working. We discovered all the modules related to mobile were disabled (I have no explanation as to why this has happened). By Enabling the mobile modules, the friendly URL's broke. So it's not tied to "move javascript to the bottom", it seems any configuration change breaks it. My Problem at the moment is I can't get it working again. Can someone suggest a step by step process that might get it reset to work again. We have Friendly URLs turned on, with weloutions Friendly URLs
  3. What's the logiv behind re generating the htaccess file? we have some custom code in there and it hasn't changed since we added it at the start of November. I can see the file is working as the redirects in it are working. I found this for an older version of prestashop.....Has it been fixed in 1.6.0.9? http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/279959-mobile-theme-not-working-in-mobile-phones/
  4. We've tried replacing the theme's header.tpl file with the original one from the install. But we are still getting the same error. I can't make sense of the reference to .....autumn/./.tpl. Any help appreciated
  5. We had an issue with the product details button not coming up on products in the product category page. My main concern at the moment is trying to get the mobile site working again. We have left that turned on at the moment
  6. Hi All, We're having an issue with our site, when we turn off move javascript to end, the friendly urls break and the site breaks. The only way we have been able to fix this is by restoring the site. And this has caused us another issue with the mobile site not working. (http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/388147-mobile-site-not-working/) Any suggestions? Thanks, Sarah
  7. When we turn debugging on we see the following error Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty: Unable to load template file '/home/ridersli/public_html/shop/themes/autumn/./.tpl' in '/home/ridersli/public_html/shop/themes/autumn/./header.tpl' <-- thrown in/home/ridersli/public_html/shop/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php on line 129
  8. Hi Check Preferences - SEO & URL. Under Set Shop URL, make sure Base URI is empty
  9. Hi All, We had an issue with our site, which resulting in us getting our host to roll our site back from a backup. Now the mobile site won't load. The desktop site is working fine. Any ideas on what would cause the mobile site to stop working. No errors are showing, it just loads a blank page. Thanks, Sarah.
  10. Hi, Just testing refunding orders with the PayPal Europe version 3.7.2 and PS 1.6.0.9. I'm finding it is not quite functioning as I expect, but not sure if I'm not following the right process. I'd be interested to hear feedback in how other people handle it, or if there is a bug and work around. Scenario 1: Complete order refund: Click on the PayPal "Refund total transaction" button. This does refund the payment, and sets the order status to refunded and add the transaction details in a message on the order. But it does not change the refunded / returned / Quantity Available numbers against the product. We are using advanced stock management, and I do see the product number increase after the transaction, but the order page still displays incorrectly. It concerns me that this may cause stock management issues Scenario 2: Complete order refund: Click on 'Return Products' Select the products to be returned Check restock Products, Generate a Credit Card Slip Press the return products buttons This successfully refund the products and seems to update the stock count against the product correctly. However, If there is a voucher applied to this transaction, The process tries to refund more than the initial transaction and results in the paypal refund failing. Which leads me to: Scenario 3: Partial Refund Click on 'Partial Refund' Enter the amount against the product to refund (Total product amount minus discount) Select Re-stock product And Refund. And NO Paypal transaction is performed. No Error, no record of transaction. So in summary, the Paypal 'refund total transaction', works but doesn't seem to manage stock levels correctly. The Return products doesn't let me deal with Cart Voucher / discount. And Partial refund doesn't perform a paypal refund. Any suggestions? Thanks
  11. Try setting the 'Express Checkout' option to 'no'

  13. Hi, I've got an issue that when a person places an order as a guest, comes back and registers as a customer and then places an order. If I assign a voucher / cart rule to the customer, the Voucher field doesn't not appear when the logged in customer is checking out. The voucher can be seen by the customer in the 'my account - my vouchers' section, but there is no way the customer can enter the code. What is the best way of dealing with this? Ideally I want to keep the guest checkout option. Thanks,
  14. My Website host have been able to resolve the issue by modifying mod security
