Solution: reload the admin controller files from a prestashop of the same version that you download ..controller/admin

Ho scritto un post molto + lungo ma addons lo nasconde, non capisco il perchè, però mi ha salvato la vita il weekend e tutto. sono stato tutto il giorno a cercare la soluzione e non ho trovato nulla che parlasse di questo. Non so come sdebitarmi

Hello lads, I don't know why, I haven't made any updates of any kind, but today I created a staging with softaculous and my live site which I haven't touched, now, it no longer gives me the possibility to enter. I turned on debugging but it doesn't tell me anything. I enter the user and password and it doesn't redirect to the BO but reloads the log in page. What could it be? Thank you

ho provato a cambiare browser, cambiare dispositivo, ho provato a cancellare la cache manualmente ( menomale che avevo fatto un backup perchè poi mi dava un mega errore ) ma nulla. Il tecnico del server mi ha scritto questo " Dopo aver esaminato i log del server, ho trovato log di errori che indicavano un problema con la regola di riscrittura per il sito web. Sembra che il problema risieda nella regola di riscrittura del sito web." ma sinceramente non so cosa stia ad intendere. La cosa assurda è che il sito va benissimo in front office e in back office non ho accesso per nulla

Ciao Ragazzi, non so perchè, non ho fatto aggiornamenti di nessun genere, ma oggi ho creato uno staging con softaculous e il mio sito live che non ho toccato, ora, non mi da più la possibilità di entrare. Ho attivato il debug ma non mi dice nulla. metto user e password e non fa il reindirizzamento al BO ma mi ricarica la pagina della log in. Cosa potrebbe essere? Grazie

La soluzione mi fa ridere.... ho perso chissà quanti clienti in questi 30 gg.... in poche parole creando una catagoria, prestashop, ha corrotto l'immagine e solo sta piccola stupidata mi bloccava tutto il sito in front office e back office, MA solamente se avevo SSL attivo. ricreata l'immagine, tutto a posto... pazzesco...

Si è stranisimo - non ho installato nulla di nuovo ne aggiornato nulla ( in questi giorni, pensando fosse quello ho aggiornato tutti i moduli e alla versione 1.7.8.9 ma nulla ) - PHP 7.4 - NO cloudflare ho anche provato disattivando i modulli non nativi e gli override , ma nulla. Hello, i have a strange issue, since 2 weeks my website became super super slow, BO and FO, to load a page more than 1 minute, i build a clone, with different URL and all was perfect with the clone, so i was wondering why, the problem is that 1 customer stay in my website to buy something , after 1 minute he run away...... So yesterday i've got this idea, i disabled HTTPS cause i had certificate just for the url website not url Clone, and now everything is perfect, but with risk without HTTPS. I've a server dedicated and the company told me that is not possible that is the certificate fault. What do you think? i've to check something other? i made also a video with and without https, but i don' think i can post here. Waiting for your help. Thanks Update. if I keep SSL on but turn it off on all pages then it goes blazing fast. if I activate SSL on all pages it is as if the site makes queries and the server does not respond for 2 minutes Ciao, ho uno strano problema, da 2 settimane il mio sito web è diventato super super lento, BO e FO, per caricare una pagina più di 1 minuto, ho creato un clone, con un URL diverso e tutto era perfetto con il clone, quindi ero chiedendomi perché, il problema è che 1 cliente rimane nel mio sito Web per acquistare qualcosa, dopo 1 minuto scappa via ...... Quindi ieri ho avuto questa idea, ho disabilitato HTTPS perché avevo il certificato solo per il sito Web dell'URL non url Clone, e ora è tutto perfetto, ma con rischio senza HTTPS. Ho un server dedicato e l'azienda mi ha detto che non è possibile che sia colpa del certificato. Cosa ne pensate? devo controllare qualcos'altro? ho fatto anche un video con e senza https, ma non credo di poter postare qui. Aspetto un vostro aiuto . Grazie Aggiornamento. se mantengo attivo SSL ma lo disattivo su tutte le pagine allora va velocissimo. se attivo SSL su tutte le pagine è come se il sito facesse delle query e il server non rispondesse per 2 minuti

Ciao Ragazzi, ho un problema strano nel totale di alcuni ordini, quando ad esempio metto spedizione gratuita o aggiungo un prodotto, il totale è sempre sbagliato. Devo riaprire l'ordine editare il prodotto, rimettere il prezzo e tac funziona tutto. Per esempio 100 + 50 +10 ---- viene fuori 150 , poi edito il 10 lo rimetto a 10 e finalmente viene fuori a 160 Allegato un esempio di ordine. Cosa potrebbe essere? Grazie

When i was using 1.6, i was used to go to the category, example , "home 3" and add product, that product Automatically went to "home 3" With 1.7.8.8 if i go to category "home 3" and i add the new product, ( if i don't change the position) the product will be always in "home" in a nutshell it doesn't go by default in the category where I chose to add a product Do you know why?
