  1. thanks for clarifying.. Did already. The problem is they sending emails from eshop directly. Robots can pass CATCHPA it's not problem. Suggestion was to use other CATCHPA module, disable notification emails to customer avoid the domain to get to smam list. Anyway I do not know what to do. The first thing came to my mind is to remove contact form and use third party module. Any other suggestions? Many thanks.
  2. I see on hosting only this But according to wiki it's RoundCube
  3. Did not work. A while ago 10 emails from <[email protected]> in less then one minute. Any other idea? Tomorrow morning further 10 emails. Can I block on contact form type any word "yahoo"?
  4. thanks. Blocked on hosting. will see in month... Let you know.
  5. selectshop.at thanks for your advice! Are you sure that blocking *@yahoo.com at provider will solve the problem? These emails sent from presta contact form, it came to my mailbox from eshop directly not own SMTP. I can fill the form, type any email and it will send, also returned undelivered (faked email addresses). Thanks.
  6. For last few months I receiveing messages from address [email protected] through my presta contact form, total about 15 messages in one minute almost the same with adverts. I implemented Captcha but this doesn't really prevent this messages come. I block the IP in my .htaccess file but any time it come from different IPs. Order Deny,Allow Deny from 68.180.228. 7. Many thanks all for contribution in my problem expecially vekia! .htaccess definetelly was re-generated but this did not solve "redirect" problem. I turned on developer's mode and no error from presta has been shown, just redirect loop. So yerstarday I contacted hosting provider with the issue above. Today they solve the problem (some configuration on hosting server) and now https works perfect. The topic can be marked as Solved now. All the best.
  8. Thanks vekia! The ssl certificate I bought is for both domains, e.g. www.example.com and example.com . I see it on my hosting admin area. Any other idea why there is so many redirects?
  9. it was www.mydomain.com . I removed www from both SHOP URL and SSL SHOP URL. So only left mydomain.com on both fields. Problem the same.
  10. Wow, many thanks vekia! Option 2 worked! But front office not work www.website.com redirected you too many times. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
  11. Thanks vekia! When I click the link "Please click here to check if your shop supports HTTPS." it redirects from http -> https and all admin pages stay on https. Also I just tried log off and then log in back to admin area under https protocol and this button "Enable SSL on all pages" still remain gray. Is there is something on webhosting server they should configure to work it right?
  12. I apologize, I did not explain correctly.. By clicking the link "Please click here to check if your shop supports HTTPS." it throws admin area on https and next clicks just refresh the page but the gray button still remain inactive. Any other idea?
  13. I have, but it's gray e.g. not active just like in your picture. I enclosed screenshot on my first post.
