  1. I fixed it creating the folder /img/tmp/ I had cloned the repository from git and the folder was ignored.
  2. I found a solution to the problem. You can find all the variables a product handles in classes/product.php. Then you just grab the variable names you need and place them just where you want to display them in the product.tpl file. If you wanted to display let's say the height, you should add something like this: {$product->height} I hope it does the trick for you!
  3. I found several posts related to this issue. None of them has an accurate answer at all. If I had to build a shop where I sell let's say furniture, and I have a table that has 3 different sizes I wouldn't just set an attribute like S, M, L, etc. People would rather look for its dimensions. So far I realise this is only possible via "product features", but this won't let me set no more than one dimension per product. The two main problems are: - I need one product, several combinations. Including dimensions. - My shipping courier requires weight and dimensions to determine the product's shipping cost. Does somebody went through this issue before or have a clue on how to proceed with these type of products? Thank You! PS: I'm running v1.6
  4. It turned out that the problem was about the language settings. Based on the fact that you can choose a language for whatever you add to the page, we found out that the user that has generated the content had his language set for english and the others were in spanish, so no one couldn't see what he's actually added such as sliders and content blocks. We hope this will further assist anyone dealing with the same problem. Thank you!
  5. Hi there, We are currently working on a base bootstrap-theme which was duplicated so we could customize it. We have no problems at all working locally. When we try to make our version work in a different server, all the changes made to the theme configurator and slider modules are gone. We can only see the changes we made on some tpl files such as header and the ones made in global.css. The modules mentioned above show what it comes as default even when the back-office panel clearly shows the information that we uploaded (curiously, the thumbmails are also missing). - The database was duplicated, so all the tables should remain the same as my local copy. - The images are within their folders. - So far, we couldn't find any issue with the file routes. Thank you all.
