My orders are not showing in my back office. I received an email from paypal telling me I received payment or I would not have known it was there. I did a test order through the system myself, went to BO and manually told it to import the order, which then sent me 2 emails: 1 from paypal telling me I had received payment and the second from Prestashop showing I received the order. It is this second email that was missing from my other order. When I reviewed the email, I notice it states that payment was by check even though it was through paypal. Could that be what is causing my problem. How do I fix this?

I am having the same problem with tax adding twice but I don't see a solution for that here. It shows in my cart before checkout and then adds it again once they select their payment method.

I am having this same problem but didn't see a solution here. I received an email notification from paypal of the order and funds are in my paypal account, however my presta shop module 1.5.6 does not show an order. Help! There are options available when my customer purchases a product, like color, that is not showing up in my paypal email that I am assuming will show up in my prestashop order info. BTW, this is my first order from my webpage, so it is not a matter of it was working and then quit. I am not very savy on all this yet, so you may have to 'dumb down' your reply for me. THANKS!

Well, now I am not able to log in to my ftp panel. (It will not accept my password) I have contacted my hosting provider for help, but that usually takes a while and my website is down. I do have access to my file manager. Can I delete this .htaccess file there? If so, where do I find it?

Hi Benjamin I read through the post and changed the file from false to true, then attempted to get back into my back office with no success. Any other ideas? How do I manually change my .htaccess from FTP? Sorry, but I am new at this so you will probably have to 'dumb down' your answers LOL
