Hello, Everytime a costumer submit an order and when I change the order status, appears an error message saying "There was an error sending the email to the costumer..." (see pic attached) How can I solve this? My prestashop version is 1.7.8.0 Thanks in advance!

Hello, My clients are having problems with address when checkout. It seams all address details are ok but a message appears saying that: "Your address is incomplete, please update it." How can I solve this? Thanks!!

Hello, I have just installed version 1.7.8.0 and on tax fields I have chosen the correct one for my country. Dispite that , the price still appear "Tax excluded". How can I change this to "Tax Included" ? The product price already include taxes. Thanks for any help. Regards Teresa

Hello, I still have prestashop version 1.6.1.23 and my webstore is very slow. I have contacted my server company and they told me that my PHP version might be out of date, (i'm sending pics). In my cpanel it appears PHP version 7.4 (see pic). I understand very little of prestashop and I'm afraid to change and deconfigure something 🙈 Also, they sent me an analysis on GTmetrix saying that there are some points that can be optimized. How can I solve this? Thanks for any help. Teresa

Bom dia. O campo “Descrição resumida” e “Descrição” deixou de funcionar. Sempre que crio um novo produto ou acedo a um já criado, estes dois campos deixaram de aparecer. O que poderá ser? Obrigada pela ajuda
