I have a similar problem on my configuration. Prestashop 1.5.6.2 and ebay module 1.6.7 On the module i have set 1 shipment method for all my items Anytime i sync my product on ebay the system assign 5 different tipe of shipments and distribute the item on all the shipments. Some have the same carateristics, other have free shipment (that i don't have choose anywhere)

At the moment i am at the 1.5.6.1 I am waiting the 1.6 to be released to update all the site. If the error doesn't correct with this modify i update at the latest release to see if it resolve. Thanks for your help and your time

Ok, i have found the function where the CHMOD is setted and in this function have found @chmod($filename, 0664); I have put it in 666 and now the file class_index.php is created in 666 (and apparently the site is working good) My question now is: if this file need to be in 666 why the code create it in 664?? I try to put under stress the site to see if the error is still shown. I'll keep you updated Here the modified function

My hosting seems to go in the wrong direction to resolve my issue. They say all the files that use php need to be set il CHMOD 755. I have made some test and seems to be some istruction in the prestashop code that reset the CHMOD of the file to 664 when you open a page on the site. Do you know if there is some istruction (and where it is) that rewrite the class_index.php in cache folder?

I have the same issue, but when i try to delete the file or update the attribute to 666 the system reset it to 664 some second later /cache/class_index.php is not writable, please give write permissions (chmod 666) on this file The error is really annoing when you need to update a great amount of item

Sure, my problem now is that when I create an order in the backoffice, the system unload the items from the warehouse, but didn't update the items as selled, so all the statistics doesn't count the sold items in this order. The statistics are updated only when i create an invoice? there are any other methods?

Hi Tuk66, if i update the stock avaiable i don't know when an item is sold, how many items and in what kind of color, how much i have sold this month and what kind of manufacturer is my best seller. All this information are vital for our business. if i will need to do by hand, mixing information from the site and a lot of paper that i need to compile by hand, there is an high chance of error and a delay of this analysis

Hello, we have recently installed a cash desk in our physical store and we make the receipts directly from there. Now we would like to make an order from the backoffice of prestashop (with a "store" user) to unload the item from the warehouse and mantain traking of the sold items and all the statistics. The problem is that i don't want to create the invoice for this order because i have already make the receipt from the cash desk. Now i had create an order status that means "Sold in store", when I set the order in this state the items is unloaded from the warehouse, but the order status isn't in the same mode of delivered state. (see attached image for the state configuration) It is possible to make an order that is count as delivered without creating the invoice? Thanks for your help
