Hi all, I am looking for some beta testers to test a new service i am going to offer soon. What i am looking for is webshops with bathroom related products,this can be anything from accessoires to complete bathrooms.Currently i am only looking for dutch webshops so only dutch shops will be accepted.Belgium sites will also be accepted as long as they are written in dutch and not french. Here is a bit info about the new service. All beta tester will get a minimum of 100 products placed on my website and they will be promoted for free. All products will get a backlink back to your website so that the customers can buy it from your website. The products will be placed on a premium dutch domain that has had a lot of visitors in the past. All your products will be promoted for free in Netherlands and belgium. So what do you have to do to become a beta tester? Absolute nothing,we wil handle everything from getting the products from your website to importing them to our own.The only thing you need to do is to contact me and send a link to your bathroom related webshop and we wil check if your site qualify for the test. After the beta test is done and the service is live your products will still stay on our site untill you delete them yourself. If you should have a webshop with bathroom related products and it's not a prestashop then no problem,we can grab the products from any site. Hi All, Titles says it all i guess,i am a software developer and am here to help you automate your daily boring prestashop tasks. I am making custom softwares for prestashop users and it can be anything you do online. The softwares i am making are desktop apps so no need for a server to run and they are easy to run and setup.I can also modify some of the softwares i have already created for your needs. Hi, I am working on a all in one exporter/importer and i think i can add this to it when i am done. Most of the information you need i have already added to my exporter i just need to find a way to add totale opbrengst product. I'm not sure if you can get all the information you want from a sql query (most of it can be though) If you can't get this in a sql query then you can send me a pm and i can add you to the waiting list for my exporter. There still is a lot of work to be done to the exporter since it will export pretty much whole prestashop and it will have a huge amount of settings and options to manipulate the data from the prestashop db.

Yes that is possible,i am working on a software and a module to do this.(i already use this on my own websites) -The module is making it possible to enter your redirection url to the buy button and will redirect the user to a other website where they can buy the product. -The software will add the products from other website to your own website with a redirection url all on auto pilot. You just need to grab the url of the product you want to place on your website and the software will add it to your prestashop with description,price,picture and the redirection url to the actual product.You can also use normal products that people can buy from your own website,the button will only redirect to other website if you choose it. This is not ready yet and will be next on my list to finish,but first i need to finish the software i am working on now. When i am done with my second software release for prestashop i will release this product. I am not good with php so i got to hand out the modification of my module to someone good with php so it will cost me money to get this ready because i am no php wizard.And that is the reason i am releasing it as the 3th software and not now. If you are interested in this and not in a hurry then feel free to send me a pm and i will add you to the waiting list and make a demo shop so you can test the module with the redirection button when i am ready.If there should be several users wanting this then i might speed up the development process of the software and the module,so if there are more people wanting this then please let me know and i will see what i can do.

Sorry for jumping in here on english but i want to give some tips on how to get more visitors on your prestashop. Here are some free tips on how to get more dutch visitors to your prestashop: Make use of : -Marktplaats,when you get questions from customers from marktplaats give them your link to your website.(if they like your site then most of the time it is added to their favorites and is good long term traffic,and if your lucky they will share it with friends.) -Speurders are the same deal as marktplaats and you can also make use of links back to your website. -Beslist,get your products listed on beslist because it is used a lot by dutch people and you get backlinks to your website. -Koopjespakker,this is the same deal as with beslist you can get new visitors from koopjespakker and you get a link back to your products. Social media can also play a huge role in todays seo. -Facebook,share your products on facebook and make a facebook page you update your users with latest news,latest products and maybe some special offers/coupons for your website. -Twitter,make use of twitter to share your products and update your customers. -Pinterest,here you can get huge amount of traffic share your products to pinterest and get more traffic.(If you have strange products with nice pictures pinterest can be huge for traffic) Backlinks : Backlinks used to be the way to get more traffic to your website,but after a lot of updates in the google algo it is not as good as it used to be.It still plays a huge role in your seo but it needs to be mixed with other things to work such as social media etc. Here are some tips to get free backlinks: Find websites you can trade backlinks with the higher the google pr and traffic on the website is the more power and potential traffic you get from the backlink.When choosing websites to trade links with try to find websites that has something to do with what you offer on your website. Here is a example,say i have a website that sells iphones. A ideal place to get a backlink to my website would be http://iphone.startpagina.nl/ (this website is pr4 and has a lot of google trust) You also want to find more sites about iphone to get more backlinks,when making the backlinks you want to mix the links with your domain name and your keyword you want to rank for. Seo and getting more traffic to your website is very time consuming and a lot of work. There are various of tools that can be used to automate the whole process,but most of them are payed. Most seo tools focus on english traffic and links. It is important to start first without any linkbuilding tools etc because if you do not know what you are doing they can hurt your website more than they are doing you any good. However there are tools every webmaster must get to be able to track your seo campaigns. A keyword tool to help you track your ranking. Use analytic etc to track your traffic increase when you do new seo campaigns to see if it works or not. It is also important to choose your keywords wisely you can use tools to check how much traffic you can get from your keyword. The higher the traffic the more competition you will get,so it is not smart to go after the highest traffic keywords because some of the old websites are too hard to beat on those keywords. I have been doing seo for 7 years and have had my prestashop on the world rank of alexa around 5000. I made a lot of money with prestashop and got the chance to buy pretty much every seo tool around and spend over 10.000 euro on seo tools.The bad part about almost all the seo tools is that it is mostly english traffic and hard to get sales with dutch shops. So i made my own seo tools just for dutch traffic and they worked out fine for me and i have been using them for years. I am currently recoding my own tools for the public and i think some of them would be ideal for a lot of new users to get some more traffic to their websites.I will offer some of the tools for free and some payed,and with books to newbies to get a better understanding of each part of a seo campaign.Seo is a huge topic and i have just scratched the surface in this post and there are a lot of other ways to get traffic from then what i have said here. When i am done with re-coding the tools for the public i need a couple of users and websites to test and document the increase of traffic.I will be making a new thread asking for new users and websites to test the tools on,all websites will be monitored with my tools to check the increase of traffic each day.The users selected for the test will be guided by me each step of the way so no mistakes are made.Not all websites will be accepted for the test,only selected websites will be accepted and they must not be any competition of my own dutch websites.Seo is not done in days but is a long process so the users selected for this project must have the time free to complete it and not just stop after some days. In the meanwhile check out the few tips i gave and try to play around yourself and see if you get any traffic increase. The tools i will have ready in a while will pretty much do everything i mentioned in this post + a whole lot more.

I found what i need to make the url's but how do i add it to my sql query? What i need to add to my query is id_image when that is added i can make the urls with a script. So anyone care to help add id_image to my query????

One other option for me is to get the number 7 in the url of this from the database query : http://localhost/prestashop/7-large_default/ipod-touch.jpg How can i find the number(7) from the database query? What do i need to add to my query to extract that number with the rest of the query i use?

I am having a really hard time to replicate the image urls from information from the prestashop database. I just don't get the logic prestashop uses to store the image location. After i extracted all the product information from the database.i should be able to make the image urls from the information right? Prestashop should store the image like this img/p/1/3/13.jpg From database like this img/p/product_id/category_id/product_id+category_id.jpg It is clearly i am missing something from the sql query to be able to extract the info to make the image url's. Hi all, I have made a marktplaats bot designed for prestashop and i am looking for 1 beta tester! Here is a bit information of what the bot actually does : First about the scraper -You can grab all the new products on your prestashop website -You can use a list with the products you want the bot to add to marktplaats -it is noob friendly and very simple to use and it does everything with a click of a button About the marktplaats bot: -The marktplaats module uses the information you selected from the scraper module to add to marktplaats such as new products or your own list with products you want to place on marktplaats. -Easy to use ,just as easy as placing manual products on marktplaats. -It is fully automatic so you just need to push the button 1 time and the bot will add all the products you want on marktplaats. Future updates: I will add much more things to this bot in the future,such as speurders,marktnet and marktplaza. Some other things i am looking in to adding is auto renew ads on marktplaats. Price The price on the bot as it is now is 29 euro,however the price will go up when i add speurders,marktnet and marktplaza.So if you want the bot for a low price then you should considering buying it before i add more things to it.The people buying it for 29 will ofc get the future updates FREE. More about the software : This is NOT a prestashop script or a prestashop module. This is a desktop software and you install it on your windows pc.(You can install it on 1 pc) It has it's own installer so it is easy to install and you do not need any server,just you laptop or desktop. Small update on the tools: The bookmarking tool is on hold atm,it will be next on the list to finish. I got a great suggestion from maconl to make a tool and i have been using a lot of time to get it done. This is a very handy tool and will save a lot of money from buying all them expensive modules to get the job done. The tool is a prestashop exporter,and can export anything from your shop to most file formats such as .csv and .xml. There are a lot of modules that does this job but they are expensive and most of them just export it to 1 format and you would need to buy them all to get the right export for the different places you can submitt your products. One other thing is my tool works on all versions of prestashop so you do not need to buy a ps 1.4 and a 1.5 version. For now its working on dutch comparison/shopping sites such as Google shopping,beslist and bing shopping etc.. Before this is released i want to add any free comparison/shopping sites in english or any other language i can read. I have it working on google shopping in any language,and working on bing shopping but i am sure there are a lot of more free sites. Do any of you have any suggestion to websites where we can send out free product feeds to? PS:This is not just a product exporter,it is a all in one exporter. When most modules are added i will add a total export module that can export your whole prestashop. You can also use this if you have problem with upgrading your shop from 1.4 to 1.5 i know i had a nightmare to do it and it would be really nice to export your customers,products,orders to a fresh 1.5 install. Thanks guys! Can you please state what version of prestashop you are using so i can count and see what version people are using the most. If there are equal amounts using 1.4 and 1.5 then i will make 2 versions of the software.

Hi all, Sorry for writing this in english but my dutch spelling is not that great. I have opened a thread for prestashop automation tools,and i wanted to start a thread on the dutch forum aswell. We also offer dutch tools. Allready have different tools tageting dutch visitors. One of the tools is a Ad Bot placing your new product or single products on Marktplaats and Speurders with a couple clicks of a button.
