I thought Google Pay is only available through via some PSP?

@hygap was it worth it after all? Which improvements did you see? I've read that the 1.7 has serious problems with basic features, even one year after it came out. I've also considered to update our shop but it seems like the effort would be the same as migrating to an entirely different shop system.

@kellykarnetsky We just started to work with the RMA feature and I am having the same question. Which solution did you find in the meantime?

Yet another finding. If there is an ebay order where the checkout status is not complete, then it does not get synced, even if it's marked as paid. No problem for the merchant, right? You just have to contact each client and explain him how to set the status OR create the order manually in your backend and sync everything manually. once again: great Job @202ecommerce

In the meatime I found a workaround for this problem. The error seems to occur, when a product does not have enough images attached. Let's all praise the developer of this plugin for this ingenious piece of code. Amen.

Yet another proof of the great code quality of this beloved plugin. We are deleting it with a cron job. This is f**+ crazy.

I have 8 products in a category. They are all very similar. For 3 of those products I get this error message and the products are not listed on ebay. I've googled this error message and tried out everything I could think of: using other images, rebuilding images, deleting the images of those products and adding new images. I turned on logging of the ebay module and see this: ... <Country>DE</Country> <AutoPay>0</AutoPay> <ConditionID>1000</ConditionID> <PictureDetails> <GalleryType>Gallery</GalleryType> <PictureURL></PictureURL> </PictureDetails> <SKU>prestashop-2424</SKU> <ListingDuration>GTC</ListingDuration> <Quantity>20</Quantity> ... PictureURL is empty.

So, nun habe ich auch das ebay Modul Prestabay von involic ausprobiert. Bzw. ausprobieren wollen. Beim Kauf der Lizenz kam es zu einem Fehler, Paypal-Bezahlung des Moduls war nicht möglich. Nach einigen Mails hin und her hat Involic von sich aus eine Test-Lizenz in meinem Shop freigeschaltet, d.h. sie haben direkten Zugriff auf meinen Shop. Unheimlich. Konnektierung des ebay-Accounts war nicht möglich, auf Grund eines technischen Fehlers. Mehrere Emails an den Support blieben unbeantwortet. Schade. Weiter bin ich nicht gekommen bei meinem Test.

@mbreezy Have a look at uservoice, zopim or zendesk. Zendesk seems somewhat like the most often used solution as it's originally a ticketing system which works quite nicely.
