Hi everyone, We have recently installed 1.5.6.3 and our prices have gone bonkers. In BO the product details are correct but display the wrong price in the product listings. The prices are wrong all the way through checkout until you reach PayPal and it gives you the prices in Australian Dollars and they are correct. I have played with the Block Layered Module which did nothing and cleared the smartycache. Can anyone help with this issue? www.plasteringsupplies.com.au

Unbelievable! I went to Advanced Parameters-Performance and hit the Clear Smarty Cache and it fixed everything! Go figure

Hi all, We recently upgraded to a new dedicated server and all went well excepts for the fact we lost all access to our modules. Originally the error said that it had insufficient memory and after changing the settings on the php.ini file as well as the memory setting in the cPanel we ended up with the error not appearing but I still have a very minimal page. The whole site seems to work perfectly, I just don't have access to the modules through the back office. www.plasteringsupplies.com.au

Hi all, I have this strange bug where when I did an upgrade from 1.4.9 to 1.5.6 my company logo on the top left hand side dropped out of alignment and now partially sits over the slideshow images. It doesn't cause any issue to the running of the site just annoys the hell out of me. Anyone have a solution for this please? Regards http://www.plasteringsupplies.com.au/~plasteri/

Hi, I just upgraded from 1.4.11 to 1.5.6.1 and as expected, I have run into some issue. Most I have sorted out but I have 1 very important one that is killing me. LOL! Ever since the upgrade I have lost access capabilities on my mobile phone. I can access all the categories but once I access the products I get a 'error loading page' message. I also seem to have a question mark where the mobile them is supposed to reside. I did try this from another thread but it did not work. I encountered this on my site and managed to fix it. I don't think this is exactly a solution but more of a workaround. Assumption is you have an existing mobile theme from a previous version and is no longer working in 1.5.4.1 check /prestashop/themes/<YourThemeName>/mobile/js, make sure you have this file in the directory. 'jquery.mobile-1.3.0.min.js' check /prestashop/themes/<YourThemeName>/mobile/css, make sure you also have this file in that directory. 'jquery.mobile-1.3.0.min.css' In case you don't have it there, copy the necessary files from /prestashop/themes/default/mobile/js and /prestashop/themes/default/mobile/css. After the upgrade I did regenerate images and I even tried to use a couple of different themes but I still ended up with the same error and for the life of me, I can't seem to find any adjustable preferences for the mobile phone at all other than in Preferences>Themes. Thanks

Hi, I just upgraded from 1.4.11 to 1.5.6.1 and I have lost my Slideshow Advanced (7 in 1). I have uninstalled and re-installed the module but it will not show on the home page. I have even tried to re-position it in the module positions but nothing. The hook does tell me it is linked to displayTop and it is only visible in Modules>Positions>Top Of Pages I have the ability to configure the module but I just can't get it to show. It worked fine before I updated and I'm at a loss as how to fix it. I am currently having to use a different slider module temporarily Thanks http://www.plasteringsupplies.com.au/~plasteri/index.php

I have version 1.4.9 and I decided to upgrade to 1.5.2 through the 1-click update module. On completion all my modules and images were out of whack and for some reason it decided to install some of the apple demo images on the front page. I then decided to roll back to 1.4.9 and on completion of the roll back I was missing all my categories and I lost access to my back office. I then decided to do a manual restore of the public_html folder that I had manually backed up earlier. Now my front office seems to be OK but I do not have any access to my back office which gives me a Access Denied error. I only have access to my preferences which once trying to change those from a suggestion from another post gives me a 'an error while updating object.employee (unknown column 'bo_unimode' in 'field list') message. I've been searching and trying various techniques for hours with obviously no results. I've even cleared the cache and cookies as well. www.plasteringsupplies.com.au Can someone please help me?

Im a newby at this and I'm having trouble setting up the final payment to PayPal. When you hover over the PayPal button it says http://aus41.unlimited-space/~plasteri/modules/paypal/payment/submit.php When I click on the link it gives me a 'cannot display web page error'. I rang up my provider who said I need to change the http to https. When I change it in the SEO & URL and add the https:// to the start of aus41.unlimited-space in the shop domain name for SSL tab it doubles up and I end up with http://https://...... Where do I got to make this change? I even fixed the bug in the front controller.php file and regenerated a new .htaccess file I'm stuck. Can anyone help me on this please? Have I just missed something really simple. This is a shared SSL
