Saludos:] He estado buscando en todos los foros la opción de que en el correo que el módulo de mail alert envía al administrador para indicar que ha entrado un pedido, salga la foto del producto al lado de la descripción para un Prestashop 1.7. He encontrado cosas pero nunca de ese módulo y siempre de versiones anteriores. Alguien lo ha conseguido o sabe como hacerlo? ya que dentro del correo todo lo que encuentro en la variable [item] y ahí, por lo visto se incluye tantoa la descripción como la referencia. Tengo un Prestashop 1.7.5.1 y me gustaría eliminar todos los ean de los productos masivamente, puesto que están mal He intentado dejar exportar la tabla y volverla a importar en blanco, con un csv, pero al no tener contenido los deja igual y no los cambia. Que consulta tengo que poner en MySQL para poder borrar todos y que se quede ese campo vacío? Gracias de antemano.

Estoy intentando importar un csv con enlaces a las fotos de los productos (pruebo el enlace en el navegador y sale la foto por lo que son correctos los enlaces) sin embargo no me las sube. He estado leyendo en el foro una solución que se le da al prestahop 1.5 pero en el Prestashop 1.6.1.17 no funciona. No se si es un bug o que puede ser pero me resulta imposible subir las fotos en el excel. No puedo subirlas a la carpeta import porque no las tengo y son del proveedor. Como puedo resolver esto o cual es el problema exactamente? Espero vuestra ayuda. El error que da es : Error al copiar la imagen: RESUELTO: El problema estaba que no ponía http:// en la ruta de la tienda por lo que no encontraba la foto para subirla.

Me gustaria cambiar el oden de las fichas que salen en la parte inferior cuando entras a un producto, las que ponen algo así como más información y ficha del producto. Me gustaría que primero saliera la ficha del producto y luego la otra. Sin embargo estoy leyendo como hacerlo y en el fichero del procuto. product.tpl no veo como, ya que no me sale nada de lo que leo en los foros. Me baje de este foro el módulo Eolia para la versión 1.5 de prestashop y me iba perfectamente, y estaba también la versión para prestashop 1.6. Ahora me he pasado a esta versión al tienda y no encuentro el modulo Eolia todos los enlaces están rotos, Y he visto que en una web lo venden. Estó es así? Alguien me lo puede enviar por privado si lo tiene para la versión 1.6. Gracias.

Tengo la versión 1.5.6.1 y no sale en el footer el enlace de Nuestras tiendas, están puestas correctamente las coordenadas y los datos. Y en la pestaña Contacto de la tienda tengo marcado. ¿Mostrar localizador en el pie de página? Sí NoMostrar un link al localizador de tiendas en el pie de página. ¿Mostrar localizador en el mapa del sitio? Sí NoMostrar un enlace al localizador de tiendas en el mapa del sitio. ¿Mostrar localizador simplificado? Sí No Es un plantilla comprada no es la original. ¿Cómo puedo hacer para que me salga el enlace en la parte inferior en el footer debajo de Condiciones Generales? Gracias. La tienda es www.mutton.es

Saludos: Estoy intentado optimizar algunas cosillas de prestashop o al menos ponerlas al modo que me gustan, y me he dado cuenta que a veces se le da mucha información al cliente que es repetida o desglosada y tiene que ir bajando hasta abajo para confirmar la compra o pasar al siguiente paso antes de pagar. En este caso en el paso 1 del pago del producto me gustaría que no se mostrara dos de los valores desglosados que salen del carrito para que se compate todo más, pero no se donde se encuentra este archivo y que lineas quitar. Alguién sabe en que archivo o línea se encuentra esa información para no mostrarla? Tendria alguna repercusión interna de funcionamiento el que no los muestre ahí? Mi versión del prestashop es 1.5.6.1 Adjunto fotos..

Saludos Estoy intentando actualizar mi tienda de la versión 1.5.6.1 mediante el 1-click upgrade y se ha quedado en esto: Database backup: 197 table(s) left... Database backup: 197 table(s) left... Database backup: 197 table(s) left... Database backup: 197 table(s) left... y de ahí no pasa está todo el rato igual. Entiendo porque es muy grande la base de datos, o no se, el caso es que lleva un rato así y no se que puedo hacer. Alguna sugerencia? Lo agradecería.

Tengo instalada la versión prestashop 1.6.0.5 y me gustaría hacer el slide que sale en la parte superior de las plantilla por defecto, todo lo ancho de la web eliminando los dos banners de la derecha. Para ello, elimino los banner y entro en el módulo Diapositivas de imágenes para tu página web intento cambiar el ancho de 779 a otro tamaño (ya sea mayor o menor) y me permite guardarlo pero al pulsar el botón de guardar me vuelve el tamaño 779. Ya no se que hacer para que me deje el tamaño que le pongo, alguien me puede decir que estoy haciendo mal o que debo hacer, gracias.

Saludos: Me gustaría cambiar, en la plantilla que sale por defecto, el bloque de banner que sale en la parte inferior pasarlo a la superior (no las imagenes sino la disposición). Recuerdo que una vez lo hice entrando a un fichero y editando el código, copiando el de abajo en la parte de arriba. Sin embargo no recuerdo cual es. Alguien me puede indicar en que archivo se encuentra la disposición y tamaño de las imágenes de los banner? Gracias. La idea es la siguiente. Si miras en la foto que te paso consiste en: Subir el 2 hasta donde está el 1. Para ello quito el Slide que sale en el 1 y luego cambio el codigo para que me permita poner las mismas imágenes que abajo ocupando el mismo sitio. Es decir, que quede arriba igual que abajo.Pero no tengo claro como hacerlo. he entrado en modules/themeconfigurator/css/hook y he copiado los código de abajo arriba cambiando por top pero no me sale bien me salen separados la primera y segunda foto.
