  1. I found the same when I just tried to switch on the freindly urls in a new website in the latest version of prestashop and the images disapeared from the thumbnails and product images. I did the same as a previous contributor suggested and deleted the .htaccess file let it regenerate and then swicth the freindly urls back on and it worked.
  2. There is nothing snoby about PCI compliance especialy if you are taking payment manualy and processing it through a terminal.
  3. Yup shared ssl is not PCI compliant and as I said before will fail most browsers being flaged as an unrealiable website and SSL certs are so cheap now its not worth the bother nowadays.
  4. Opps sorry I thought that that was the module, so this is one where you can set up ebay listings from the BO
  5. This module has been launched and is on sale on his website and looks like a great contribution.
  6. As it stands at present it can not do what the other website does, can it be made to do it yes with modding and creation of a module. It is basicaly a filter system where you assign attributes as well. This within the scope of prestashop, however you would need a developer to do it for you.
  7. Yipee I have solved it. Somehow there was some modules in the module folder with mod_yoo_ and then a mod name, even though these files had the correct permissions they caused restricted access in modules and payments in the back office. One thing is for sure working through the issues made me appreciate prestashop and its modular system, after working with cubecart, zen, magento and of course oscommerce this was a breeze to work through. :-)
  8. I am at a loss, I have reapplied the website to a different domain, with the standard install with demo database there are no problems, when the backup database is installed I get the restrickted access. I have droped the access tables in the database and uploaded the table from a demo install and still the problem is there. Any body have any ideas ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  9. Yes all the tabs are ticked. I can remember from a previous host that perhaps my host is responsible, as they migrated the server recently which rendered the SSL inoperative and then gave me a new ip address as well. I have installed a new store in a subdirectory and still have the same problem on the fresh demo install.
  10. Bump---- :-S Anybody out there with a solution or are you all watching the world cup LOL
  11. I just noticed today that certain tabs in the back office have "restricted access" come up after I click them. On a search around the forum it is suggested that file permissions need changing but on modules they are 0755. The website was migrated recently by the ISP which subsequently broke the SSL cert so a new ip address was applied it was was ok. Is there a quick fix to this because I do not want to do a re install and all the nightmares associated with that.
  12. I have used this with the price commented out as its a good contribution.
  13. The best thing Laura is to have Fedex send it onto Australia and you pay some tax there but probaly a lot less than in Spain.
