  1. Hi. I made the downgrade up to PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.2 then upgrade to the current version and nothing ... is exactly the same. Thanks
  2. Hello. Good idea, I'll try and then I say something. Thanks
  3. Hello to all participants I have a problem with the update of my store, version 1.6.0.9. But the problem started when upgrading to next version of 1.6.0.9. (v1.6.0.11 stable - Released on January 07, 2015) Since that time I never able perform updates. At front office apparently everything is working well, but in the back office is malfunctioning. The submenus cease to function, and I can not edit or save Products. If you see the images better understand my problem. On the left side of the image is after upgrade. Thank you in advance all possible help
  4. I've been noticing that a while ago, problems have arisen quite strange and without anyone touching the site. Today, very strange for no apparent reason. The quantities of all products became zero. Is this happened to somebody else? And my luck was, I make backups in every nights.
  5. Hello. How about a Wishlist of features for version 1.5 Well I start first 1º In- Customers - Shopping Carts it is very annoying to delete a cart at a time should be as in the previous version 1.4 where you could select multiple carts once and then click delete. 2º In tab-customers ID Title Last name First Name Email address Age Enabled News.Opt. Registration Last visit How about include this filter: Country and Last purchase 3º In products How about include a small field where we can enter a text description as they did with customers. I hope you participate, it may be that one day our wishes are implemented. Greetings to all
  6. Hello. I did the upgrade to 1.5.4.1 and noticed that even with the option to "NO" "Display suppliers and manufacturers Yes ou No" "Display the suppliers and manufacturers lists even if corresponding blocks are disabled." If someone enter the following, www.yoursite.com/en/11__ and the mode rewrite urls complete with the name of the supplier, in my case 11__re76 This will display your suppliers and related products for this supplier, so...I get to know where you purchase the your products. In this case the product from my supplier No.11 in my back office. As a security measure changed the name of my suppliers for codes with numbers. I wonder if it's just in my case?
  7. Hello Whenever there is an update to resolve some things and normally cause other problems to resolve Yesterday I performed the update to 1.5.4.1 and I have the exact same problem. But I noticed that if the product is "sold out", it turns out that it appears the option "Write your review" I've been hours trying to solve it but I can not find the reason. Is there any kind soul who can help us? Thank you
  8. Since I updated to version 1.5 has been a hassle to find the reason for this slowness in backoffice. The appearance is very pretty but it works much better with the layout of version 1.4 Prestashop must lost the fuc.. habit of transparencies on backoffice, occupies many resources. Dedicated server quad core with 4G Ram I was wrong: it`s dual core and 2G Ram Before modification: My test, Customers tab>Set Display "300" It took PrestaShop™ 1.5.3.1 Load time:14.320s My modifications: Tab>advanced parameters>Performance Use CCC for CSS. Yes Use CCC for JavaScript. Yes Keep HTML as original Yes Keep inline JavaScript in HTML as original Yes Apache optimization Yes (Caching) Use cache NO And now the miracle, In modules> uninstall the following modules Analytics for ecommerce Best categories Best manufacturers Best suppliers Best vouchers Catalog evaluation Geolocation Páginas não encontradas Shop search Software Visitors online Visitors origin And other crap you do not really need VERY IMPORTANT In module statsdata Save page views for each customer NO Save global page views NO Plug-ins detection NO In tab Stats>Referrers>Save direct traffic> Set to NO AFTER MODIFICATION Astonishing!!! PrestaShop™ 1.5.3.1 Load time: 2.881s After numerous attempts and this experience was the best configuration. Problem solved _______________________________________________________________________ I performed the upgrade to 1.5.4.1 yesterday and decided to do the test again. Well... it was a bit disappointing! PrestaShop™ 1.5.4.1 Load time: 7.951s _______________________________________________________________________ Correction: After the upgrade I had a custom module did not work in proper conditions. After the uninstall this module, PrestaShop™ 1.5.4.1 Load time: 2.936s It`s ok _______________________________________________________________________ New update. I upgraded to version PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.0 And most importantly, I changed my server, advise everyone to try other internet servers. My test, Customers tab>Set Display "300" It took PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.0 Load time::0.835s Orders tab>Set Display "300" It took PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.0 Load time::0.735s Catalog > Products > Edit(product) PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.0 Load time:0.169s Save product PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.0 Load time:0.169s As you can see everything below 1 second, as said above "advise everyone to try other internet servers" Everything working spectacularly fast. Until next time
