Hello! I've just noticed that my download folder is really huge. It is 2,5 GB with 1500 files (each file is 1.6 mb) In my shop I only have 30 products with an attachment and it is just a .pdf that is 100kb. In the attachment, you can see what I see in my download folder. Where do this 1500 files come from? Why are 1.6 mb each and not 100kb? I use prestashop 1.6.0.8 thanks

ciao Giorgio, in realtà stavo cercando di installarlo tramite i tag di google ossia ho messo il codice del google tag manager (il contenitore che contiene il codice analytics e adword) subito dopo l'apertura del tag body nel header.tlp, ma probabilemente è sbagliato come metodo perchè non funziona ad ora. Tutto manualmente, senza moduli ma in effetti se ci fosse un modulo che mi gestisce i codici adwords sarebbe forse meglio. Il top sarebbe un modulo che gestisce sia adwords che analytics visto che ho difficoltà anche nel monitorare le conversioni su analytics (non segna le transazioni sullo shop). Hai qualche consiglio su come procedere o su che modulo prendere? grazie

hi guys, I am facing some trouble with Google Analytics I've got a shop with presta v1.6.0.8 with a custom theme and I've installed manually the Google analytics code in the header.tpl of the custom theme. I only have 2 payments methods (bankwire and paypal). In Google Analytics I've activated the "ecommerce setting" and created this Goal: Destination >>> Starts with>>> /index.php?controller=order-confirmation It works fine and I do see visitors BUT it does not register transactions. In fact, if I go in Google Analytics >>Conversions >>Ecommerce >>panoramic I have 0 transactions. Ciao ragazzi, al momento sono su 1.4.2 e vorrei aggiornare a 1.6 Ho un template personalizzato e so che non è compatibile con la 1.6 (credo che nessuno lo sia), quindi lo sostituirò con un template acquistato. Vorrei capire quali sono le operazioni preliminari che si devono compiere prima di effettuare l'upgrade. Mi sarebbe utile avere un elenco step by step e analizzarlo in dettaglio una volta stilato. Magari potrebbe essere utile anche a qualcun'altro. In pratica, io non ho mai aggiornato e vorrei farlo in maniera sicura...da dove si parte?

I did not try yet to remove the custom .htaccess 'cause if this is not the right solution to the problem there will be an exploit of 404 errori in my google webmaster tool and then there could be a penalization in seo serps. the main question is: which is the right position of a .htaccess file if prestashop is installed in a subdirectory of the domain? es: www.mysite.com/shop is it www.mysite.com/shop/.htaccess? (root shop) or maybe www.mysite.com/.htaccess? (root domain) when I know the answer I will be able to do some test in different directories with differents htaccess files and see if it fixes some 404 issue.
