Well having spent out on the Paypal Pro App, plus SSL on the site and activated a Payments Pro Business Account with Paypal I still cannot get the system to accept live payments, it works fine using the Sandbox Keys but when I click the API tap for the live keys and enter them, every card transaction is decline. I am getting the two live connection messages up when I save the keys saying successful connection to the Paypal Server but it will not allow Live Card Payments :/ One of those moments where you spend hours trawling the net and pulling your hair out. Currency is set to GBP ...... any ideas anyone ? I have scoured this forum for answers for the last 3 hours too.

Same with me, I have paid out over £200 for a module and cannot get it working on my site, I have SSL I have a business account with Paypal and run on https but every time people try and use the card system their card is declined, even my own card is declined, the only support I got with a ticket is saying we have tried it and it works, pity it does not work with any of my customers..... bank holiday weekend and I am losing money thanks to Prestashop

You can alter the fields by editing the file authenification.tpl (make a back up copy first in case it goes pants up) but it depends what you want to modify as to whether you need to edit the identity.tpl etc You can swap positions too and add fields. I notice you have hilighted 'herr and ms'. These appear on your database as male female only with vales of 1 or 2. If you want to add Mrs then copy the Miss line as it already has the female value of 2. takk bror

Ok thanks I can see what you are saying hence the icons male female on your customer list, ok cheers I will give it a go. Actually I will just change Mr & Ms to Male Female :-) Thank you for your reply

Hi, I know this has been discussed before but I have not had a reply to my question, then noticed the original poster has been inactive since August last year. My question relates to adding Mrs and Miss to the customer registration files. I have the codes to add these fields but my question to the original poster was "will adapting and adding the additional status fields interfere with a current database" ? Or Will it just add to the database field whichever the customer selects? I do not want to adapt the source code if it is going to mess up the existing database. It goes without saying I will back up the database before I do anything. Can anyone help please :-) Kevin

If this is applied to an existing site will it not mess up the database fields ?
