    Well i was thinking that last time my site worsk fine with a sale was on July 21. From that time only have modified mi facebook pixel and added to browser bing on my header.tpl code, but not other thing. Some forums says that maybe happens with modules, but modules non functionals to me are now uninstalled. Really has no touched other files.

    Thats gonna be a trouble, ive erased that log about one month ago. I´ve installed and uninstalled various modules. I´m going to see that.

    Ok: when a costumer registers on my site, gets by email the resume of his user data, but in my site the customer is automatically unactive. This is a problem for me because i cant activate all in the moment of the resgister. (big troble because user can login) So i need the activation be automatically. Two months ago this was not a problem, was all raght, but since two monrths ago i do so many changes and install modules and cant back to my backup. Wish to know what is wrong

    Hi: I need to know how to meke the customers made a registration on my 1.6.16 prestashop, and automatically the user stays active. Two months ago this was possible but i´ve made a lot of changes for good, but in somewhere of this two months, that option has changed. Now on registration the customer is deactivated by default so the user can not login to shopping nothing because i i´m forced to stay on back office all time. Some help?

    Well as we can see in image, i have this from log: [Thu Jul 27 15:04:59 2017] [error] [client 999.999.999.999] SoftException in Application.cpp:313: File "/home/xxxxxxxxxx/public_html/xx/filemanager/dialog.php" is writeable by group, referer: http://domain.com/xx/index.php?controller=AdminProducts&id_product=8&updateproduct&token=f447c23799fa7e83ef0f37b3159b9875 i´ve searched this on internet, that dialog.php but doesn´t fin anything.

    Hi! I´m using Prestashop 1.6.15 Listen i have this issue: I´m in products and i´m trying as you can see in the image, that cant upload images. I´ve read on the internet and i do this 2 things, but unfortunately has not resolved my problem: 1) I´ve used from instalation another prefix for bd tables, i´ve restored to "ps_" default. 2) I´ve restored the .htaccess file. But cant resolve my proble. In php.ini have in mode on upload images. Any help?

    I have this: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCSX-9040 Honestly i´m a kinda regretful of tryed doing my business with prestashop. Has thousands of imperfections from instalation. I´ve buyed an pro template, and things dont load well or dont save. Really dissapointed with this cms.

    Still happening rare things: That root appears on search box of filemanager but not on directory... I´ve deleted trash and still.

    But i´ve installed that exactly version 1.6.1.13 . Im gonna read well your mesaaage. I´ve installed iun a iPage hosting and there works right, but my actual hosting name.com, has that issue, may be that platform, now ive submitted ticket, we´ll see. Line does exists, but not that line to delete

    Same problem. Hosting? name.com I think its server permissions problem because just installed another site to review and from the begining trouble is there, and common troble like editing footer.tpl (this) delete submitHandler: function(form) { form.submit(); }, From the file : /adminXXXX/themes/default/template/controllers/products/helpers/form/form.tpl doesnt work because 1.6.1.13 has not have that line. now thinking...must be something about prestashop, because only the buttons in label products are like this.
