Hello musicmaster, Thanks for your reply (again), based on your hints regarding javascript errors I was able to identify the culprits. It was the blog module that I recently installed due the fact that the module bought with the theme is not working as it should ... Once I uninstall the module the page start working again, and looks just fine, The only remaining issue is the second message from javascript error, that I have no clue what it means, but anyhow, as long is just that, I can live with that. Still, the blog module does not work editing part and reply part, does not work, but this is another story ... The comments area The reply area ... No errors on javascrip, no error on debug module, no errors on servers , it just not load the comment side in the back office THANKS for all your help.

Hello, Today after edditing some products it seems that the product backoffice looks, goes wrong. Is still "manageable" but we did not do anything that would trigger this outcome, just editing price and qty. My prestashop version is 1.7.2.4 running on PHP 7.0 Does anyone have any ideea why ? Indeed I have been updating this module last week (if i'm not mistaken). Now it's deactivated, but what to do to activate it and work properly ? Install a new mailalerts module in the theme ? Hello, Since last friday 19.03.2021 my website is unable to complete any orders. The customers can perform any changes until it reach to the point they need to complete the order (Cash on delivery). Once they place the order they receive this message (with debug mode on) "UndefinedMethodException in ps_emailalerts.php line 552:Attempted to call an undefined method named "getLocale" of class "Language". Did you mean to call "getLocaleByIso"?" My assumption is that the issue is comming from the language, translation. Maybe something is connected to this as I "play" with those options ... adding or deleting language (en only as the site is only for romanian market) I am unable to understand what I have to do to revert to the old state I also install a new Cash on delivery module,and I have the same behavior like the original one (switched back to the old one), reseting did not solve the issue, is just the same. The orders are not finalized ... Additional info: Prestashop 1.7.2.4 PHP was 5.6 now 7.1.33 I REALLY appreciate any help. I can provide any details might be usefull to find a sollution. Catalin

Hello Doekia, Based on what you mention above it means that: - Even there is no theme in the original (of course there is a native one ... ) and I will upgrade a new platform then a new bought Theme there will be a declassification by Google? or - The declassification will be imposed by google even there is an upgrade of platforms without any adding theme ? If it's the first sentence I can live without an additional fancy Theme and play along with the native one from Prestashop. Regards

Hello Doekia, I'm changing this one in English, since I have the feeling that your translation have been done in a trans tool , and it's confusing (for me at least) I can tell you that there is not Theme installed and no Modules as well, apart what the platform 1.4 provides as default. It's a native/naked platform populated with products and that's all. Knowing that, your statement is still valid ?

Incerc sa gasesc pe cineva care stie ce trebuie facut sa evit complicatiile, nu vreau sa fac teste pe spatele meu, cu siguranta cineva a mai facut asta si stie exact ce este de facut, pentru asta exista un cost, pe care sunt dispus sa il platesc, daca este ceva rezonabil, de asta si caut, chiar si prin mesaj privat daca se doreste. Dorinta mea de a trece pe ceva atat de static pe o platforma care suporta o thema demna de 2017 , insa riscurile indeamna la prudenta.
